Fly of London outlet uk is not anything to do with fly of london. I ordered goods, they never arrived, its a convincing site, you can even track the delivery progress, but its all fake. Luckily my card company refunded the money, don't use this site. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because there isn't 0 star option.

I have ordered some boots from fly London outlet UK . They took my money the same day and sent Confirmation, now my tracking say delivered to Canada , I live in the UK.

Ok I ordered in august and still have not received anything. After calling and the number is disconnected. FlylLondonshoesus is a fake website site. Your charge will say the good way. This is a fake website. Now my credit card is saying it is too late. This is a cChina company

I ordered three pairs of shoes on September 30, 2023. My credit card was billed on the same date. Today is December 3 and I have yet to receive the shoes or even any confirmation they have been shipped.

I have reached out to the company more than 10 times. A Mr. Sean Hays responded one time, onOctober 25, to tell me he would “urge” the carrier to send the items. I have not heard anything since.

I will now initiate a complaint with my credit card company.

Bottom line: though the web site appears legit, this is another bogus Chinese rip off. Avoid like the plague.

Been wearing Fly for a few years but my last pair of knee length zip ups gave up after about a year (obvs only wear in winter) so essentially a few months wear. I didn't do anything crazy in them but they just started to leak and got so bad that I had to have them glued. (Didn't work) Ironically I've got another pair (lace ups) that I've worn for about 4 years and they aren't leaking! I think they've changed the way they make them in the last couple of years so I'm not gonna spend over £150 + on boots that only last a year. Shame because I like the style.

You have a fraudulent website with your name and logo and it's still up. I've seen reviews from July complaining about the same. I cancelled the transaction but many others may not notice it.

Went to the shop with my mother today. We liked a pair of shoes which felt worn and hence asked for a new pair however the shop attendant was quite passive aggressive in her tone when answering questions and I wouldn’t have purchased the shoes if my mother didn’t really want them.
The quality felt average and the price not commensurate with quality. I would rather go to ecco / geox @ this price point.

The reviews below about the staff being rude and racist stands very true. The female employee at the store was extremely passive aggressive and rude. She further made unwanted comments about politics and how immigrants were ruining the country. Seeing how the owner has responded to the other complaints below doesn’t seem too promising either.

This is for the website flylondonnz who took $126 from me through a payment channel called lloydwhitegroup. Payment taken but no boots received and no reply to emails and now the website has been taken down so obviously a scam. Fly London need to do something about this. It’s damaging their brand horrendously. I’m really upset and telling everyone about it as are all these other reviewers

I placed my order on 5/05/23. The money was taken in dollars, not pounds. The amount taken did not march the order total. I sent many messages to the website. I received no reply. Impossible to follow up. The shoes/boots never arrived. I did receive a refund through PayPal.
This was a scam.

I have bought Fly London shoes for many years
and love them all. However, the customer service
is non-existant if there is a problem. No phone no.
is a sure sign that they don't want to help their customers. This morning a pair arrived in my usual
size but was much larger and my feet have not shrunk. So I have had to return them to the London branch at a cost with Royal Mail of over £9.00! This is a real pity as I now think they do not derserve to have loyal customers. They do not make it clear enough that customers have to pay for their own returns. Their shoes are not cheap and if they sell online they have to organise a returns policy. My advice to customers is do not buy from Fly until they
up their game with their customers. The sizes vary too much to have to rely on them and the price is high for returns and inconvenience and a feeling of
arrogance that Fly London have.

I bought a pair of Fly London boots last year, they cost €150 and I loved them. A few months later the heel wore down on them - the heels were made of a strong type foam. I contacted Fly London and sent photos they said I would need to go back to the retailer. I went back to the retailer and they basically told me it was nothing to do with them and I should get them repaired. I had to pay €45 to get them repaired. I used to be a big fan on Fly London but will not be buying them again.

Dodgy website after I complained that I didn’t receive the shoes they said I could send the glasses back to China at my cost but it would be expensive and they have offered only half a refund as apparently it’s too difficult for them to process a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS NOT SELLING THE SHOES IT SAYS IT IS

I ordered from flylondon outlet, 1 pair of boots, 1pair of shoes and 1pair of sandles. First of all I had no idea they where being shipped from China. There is no customer service number to talk to someone. Then 10 days later , to my horror a pink scarf arrived! No shoes or boots. I paid £120.
I have sent a email to flylondonoutlet, to not hear anything back.
I am upset and cross, as I love their footwear. But I can not trust the order.
