What a great service until they nearly TRIPLE their rates on you with NO WARNING WHATSOEVER. We have several non profit clients who had us create codes for them. Now we are stuck holding the bag for a 3x rate increase. Can we go month-to-month until we can let our clients know about the increase to help defer our costs? SURE... if we want to pay OVER DOUBLE the price! Yikes, I knew corporate greed was a thing, but you guys are really THE WORST.

Flowcode has the highest quality QR on the market. They have super advanced data and insights that you can not get with any other provider. Plus they have an excellent team that is there to help. Every business needs Flowcode

Horrible experience. Started with a basic account, then they deactivate your QR codes and force you to pay USD 3000 annually for a few QR codes and scans.

My guess is, they disabled my free account to try and force me into their new subscription which all customers now have to pay for. Completely unfair, as I had all my links and work setup through that account. This company is APPALLING!!! If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Awful. Signed a contract for 500 flowcodes and 500 stainless steel biz cards and now they are saying we have to pay an additional $1200 for the biz cards. They do not stand by their product or contract.

claim it never expires....I just tried mine that I hade 200 fliers made of my airbnb info and sure enough it expired.

No Support!

Just dropped a couple hundred for a feature that I needed and someone recommended Flowcode. There doesn't seem to be any accessible support. Having immediate regret on my purpose.

NEVER use Flowcode.....If i had zero.. they delete ur page, then speak of nonsense........no help from support.......theres way better out there.

If they make the code for you, the code can be amazing. The options to make your own codes is less than garbage. Save your $$$ and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer support (robotic, unhelpful). We ran into issues setting up and they kept sending us the same articles but never helped resolve the problem. Also when vetting the company to see if they were a fit for our needs, called and left 3 Vm messages over 5 days, but never got a callback. Unprofessional to say the least. Thumbs down.

Bare minimum features for hell of a price. You get to choose your center design (stars, squares, circles), 1 custom color, and add text. But you can't edit the text color or logo. They provide these complex automatic generated designs, but don't allow you to create your own. They also want to charge you $40 to remove their logo, while offering only bare minimum design options. For $15 a month or over $100 annually, it's not even close to worth it. Clearly a company that was looking to make a quick buck without actually considering what their customers wanted.

I've been using QR codes in my publications since 2014. The innovation from Flowcode is AMAZING and it seems to keep getting better. Their version of QR codes are great but they also give you customizable landing pages so if you're just starting out, you don't even need a website, domain, or host (Flowcode will give you all of those things).

Making your QR codes dynamic (able to have their destination links changed) is great to be able to track and analyze any high-traffic codes.

And now they have FLOWTAGS that add NFC capabilities? Amazing. I don't see any other companies innovating this quickly in this space so I expect Flowcode to be around for the long haul (and I plan to be there with them).

A nasty person stole my nieces pictures and made a misleading account.. The support team dealt with the matter very promptly and deleted the user, have not used their services but they are getting a 5 star for the immediate response

Horrible customer service and support. They advertise giving you a custom QR code and then request zero artwork and provide no proof. When you try to get changes made they ignore you. Been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks with no success. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Our company has used Flowcode's products for two years and has never considered another solution. The power of a Flowpage coupled with a QR code (Flowcode) allows our marketing team to funnel clients to the right products with less friction and more conversions.

It's a rip-off. Download the first free code, but after that you'll be faced with a choice of payments.
