I bought an advent calendar that was advertised as having everything included, even according to the description. However, when I received the calendar, it was empty. So I contacted customer service, explaining the situation, and their response was that the calendar is sold empty and that it's up to me to fill it. They agreed to refund me 10% of the price, but after several emails, I received no further response or the refund. I do not recommend ordering from their website.

Scam! Made first time big purchase of $98.94 6/4/25, they took my money 6/6/25. Have not heard from them for 2 weeks of status. They even blocked me from viewing their website. Shipping company they used said they sent shipping info 6/4/25 but never received the package to mail. It is now 6/30/25. So Florence Scovel is a scam to steal your money! They even gave a tracking number which hadn't updated since 6/4/25 which tells me they are scammers! Beware of Florence Scovel. Fake company

My 17-year-old started his 1st job then he got paid and wanted to get me something for Mother's Day. Needless to say, the coward from overseas scammed again. I am in the wrong business I swear you can't have S$$T. And none is stopping it we are in America they come over to our country and "we want a better life" well we don't want to be scammed either then steal from us BS I say. And then you making me give one star it is not worth that. Literally Cowards

Ordered flowers for Valentines day well in advance and did not have any indication this package was coming from outside of North America(China). Sadly, had to buy backup flowers and card and wanted this to be a bonus even if it came late as the pictures appeared nice. The package never made it and contacted customer service but they would only advise a package was delivered. The converted usps tracking never showed up on informed delivery and when USPS was contacted, they could only confirm it was not delivered to my address. The customer service team does not understand US deliveries and had to dispute the charges through my credit card company. Please be aware before you buy.

It came a little late but then we live in canada so that was expected.

I ordered a few things back in May. I received an email on the 31st saying it shipped but I still haven't received it. I've sent to emails and have received no replies and the number listed is not in service.

Ordered a men's ring size 11 after many weeks and emails they sent a size 10. I sent email after email with my receipt and copied order info. No response! No exchange or refund. It sits here with the tag still attached. These people are awful.do not do business with them and spread the word.

I placed and paid for my order on 7 April 2020 and still haven't received the items. I've sent numerous emails and heard nothing from them.

I ordered some items for my daughters birthday {she is disabled} on March 3 To this day June 14th - I've received nothing. Emails go back and forth with no resolution. Try to call the phone number it says it's no longer in service. I don't know how they can run a business and treat their customers the way they do. Apparently I'm not alone in this lots and lots of other customers with the same issue. They should be stopped. I don't understand how a company that treats customers like this and still be doing business. Not ever again will I purchase anything from this company and I will most definitely be spreading the word to friends and family of what a horrible company this is. I gave it a 1 star rating because there was nothing less than that which is what they deserve!!! Shameful!!!

I ordered 5 of the 3 sisters pins and only received 3. I paid for 5. I emailed the that my order was wrong and they asked for a copy of the packing slip. There was no packing slip in the envelope do I sent a pic of the envelope. I keep emailing because I want the other two pins that I ordered. I have not had any response.

I have been waiting for my order for 3weeks! tracking has said label generated but it never changes! Its been in Buffalo N.Y. since I ordered! Do not purchase anything from this company as I am not only one having problems. Horrible customer service! I will start refund through my bank next.

Faulty goods received through My Comfy Cardigan. Goods returned. Over three months later no refund received. Out of pocket by $80

Wish I would have seen this before I placed the order in early November for a Christmas present that I still have not received and it is dec.23

took 8 weeks to receive damaged, poorly built product. their return policy is 4 weeks. went thru pay paypal to return. I paid $50 for product. $9 to ship to me. and $16 to return and I am sure they are going to charge for the box that arrived crushed and overly taped that I had to cut it open.
DO NO BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible I ordered and paid extra for express delivery and nearly two weeks later I have received nothing tried to cancel but apparently it’s alteady dispatched really rubbish customer service!! Do not use

Website is trash needs to be closed down ! They advertise 4day shipping it is now day 11 NOTHING !

Paid over £10 for an ankle bracelet including delivery. Delivery took over 5 days, definitely shipped from a non uk address.

Cheap product arrived on the Saturday within 3 days the bracelet broke. I threw the product away when contacting the company was asked for picture evidence which I should have done but didn’t want a cheap product cluttering up my draws, the refund was refused.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - reviews on trust pilot says it all, I wish I had checked before wasting money

Ordered and paid 11/27/2017 thru PayPal. Received nothing.

Ich habe mir Magnetaufladekabel bestellt und auch eine Tracking Nummer bekommen in der von DPD-Sendungsverfolgung ich zu schauen konnte wie meine Adresse scheinbar nicht gefunden werden konnte und zurück zum Absender ging. Nach 4 Monaten habe ich mal nachgehakt da 35€ für 3 Kabel schon nicht wenig sind. Mir wurde gesagt das meine Adresse falsch sei und ich doch bitte die Richtige nochmal angebe, ich habe nach geschaut und die Adresse auf der Rechnung stimmte 100%, nachdem ich geantwortet hatte bekam ich wieder wochenlang keine Antwort, sodass ich nochmal schrieb "was das soll und das ich mein Geld wieder haben will!" nach weiteren Mails mit hinhaltungen wie „wir bekommen bald eine große Lieferung und dann bekommen Sie ihre Lieferung am ende der Woche“ was nach 3 weiteren Wochen wieder nicht erfüllt wurde hab ich mit rechtlichen schritten gedroht da es mir langsam echt auf die nerven ging. Das ende vom Lied nach insgesamt 4 Monaten warten und 2 Monaten E-Mail Stress habe ich 30€ von 35€ wieder bekommen und bin um die Erfahrung leichter nie mehr auf solchen Behin... Seiten zu bestellen, also mal wieder Vorsicht bei diesen coolen Facebook Link Gadgets.
