My experience is great whenever I reach…

My experience is great whenever I reach out for assistance it's treated immediately. The care and support system towards us as staff on the field is also good even if it's virtual. Your training to enable us to carry out care in a professional manner its good. You ensure that we update our care knowledge to enable give quality care to our service users in various homes its good.

I had a pleasant 2023 experience working with Florence. The concerns of the carer was uist in the activities of the management of Florence as evident in how the management handled issues raised.

I can proudly recomend florence to…

I can proudly recomend florence to anybody, they are super star, florence make my years the best, i can pick shift that i like, there staffs are superb, no matter how many times i call they answer to any of my request or question in the way that when you drop the phone you'll be happy and satisfied on anything you ask .God bless you more. Year 2024 will be more glorious.

The best company I have ever worked…

The best company I have ever worked with easy to book shifts at your convenience, I enjoyed the instant pay 😀. It was going very well until now that I can't see just one shift in a week. It left me in a very difficult situation.
