The installer did a great job! There was difficult demo work involved and then we had Cortec Plus vinyl planking put down. Very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Floor Decor Carpet One for any flooring job.

From the first I really appreciated their quality and price. From the sales rep - Erin, the owner - Dan and the install crew everyone was very helpful and great to work with.

The installers did an excellent job. The carpet looks very nice and when they left the room was cleaned up and neat as was the hallway. I would recommend them.

The install went smoothly. Some of my trim was dinged up and some carpet tacks poke my feet through the carpet. The installers were nice and mindful of cleanliness.

They did a great job of installing and cleaning up. The floors look fantastic! I do think there needs to be better communication between sales and installers to assure the proper number of days to get the job done. The installer was great and adjusted to my needs (couldn’t be out both bathrooms for 3 days), but it would have been better if proper time had been allotted and communicated in the first place.

Carpet install crew was excellent. Explained what they were doing and why. Clean up was great. Carpet looks terrific. Would recommend without reservation.

I and my wife decided to replace an old carpet on our stairs. Our visit in store was very pleasant . We were greeted and treated very friendly and Amanda and Don were there to advise us with the selection of proper carpet and installation. The selection of carpets is excellent so it was easy to find the required patter and color. The installation was smooth and very professional.

Everyone was helpful and courteous. Loved our installers! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
