Birthday gift

Kept me updated constantly and the parcel was delivered when they said it would . Not opened yet a gift for my husbands birthday tomorrow. The gift wrapping is beautiful .

I still have one item to receive and am…

I still have one item to receive and am getting no information about it. One item was very quickly delivered but overall service is not very good. As it was my first order, it does not bode well for future orders

Hi Mr Carbine. Thankyou for your time earlier. I can confirm that Book 5 is still in reprint at the publishers, and therefore is not available for despatch yet, which I know is a disappointment for you.

Happily this should be all sorted shortly. The publishers are in the final stages of it being readied for distribution and all customers who are waiting for this title with ourselves will be made a priority. As we operate a 9-5 telephone service if you ever have any concerns about your order or anything else please just call and someone will help you.
