Flexispot Arvostelua 4

I placed the order on November 12th for Black Friday (watch out for those “great deals” — the checkout was throwing errors, which was already suspicious), and after more than a month I am still missing one of the packages needed to assemble the desk.

The first two packages arrived on time, but this last one was not properly tracked and I was told that the shipment was “lost”. Curiously, my account on your website shows the order as completed, which is absolutely false.

After several emails with different people, I am still waiting for the item, while excuses keep coming and the delivery keeps being delayed. At this point, once I finally receive everything, I can only hope that none of the packages are defective and that I can actually assemble the desk at last.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE POEOPLE IN AUSTRALIA

Very bad service. First, I bought an L desk with one dimension, and they changed it to another. It was difficult to get the price difference back. Second, they only sent the top, and I had to open a dispute to get a message that the rest would be sent later. This is a joke. Clearly, they forgot to send it, and they did not inform or now be aware of it. I paid a lot of money for the desk, I need it in a week but will not be and until now I have nothing more than 2 pieces of wood and not sure if the rest will come. I don't recommend them.

Flexispot.au have the most abysmal delivery service, and incompetent customer service.
Firstly, they use a courier that won't deliver to a post office parcel collect, and when it undelivered and returned to the courier depot, Flexispot.au customer phone is unresponsive and email just tells you to wait. Several emails later for them to understand the issue with their courier service and providing an alternative delivery adress, 48 hrs later after Flexispot.au tell you they've updated the address with their "delivery specialist" and the courier service tell me it's still at the depot and their waiting to hear from the sender.
Secondly, an additional ordered item at the same time is sent via Australia Post (as the first package should have been), but they do not include the full/proper parcel collect address details (just the post office street address), and the post office cannot release it because it's not addressed correctly against a corresponding ID.
