For the price the flowers were great…
For the price the flowers were great with lots of colour. The plants in a basket needed to be substituted but they turned out to be fine. As the venue was unknown to me or florist the three bouquets turned out to be better.

But, 4 stars for Lily in customer support as she was able to help fix it fairly quickly, it would be nice to have an easier to use website though.

Don't know about the flowers yet because they are meant to arrive on the 21st. Somehow I got link to "Shop"? I got two different order numbers and on all the email could not find the delivery date I entered. Using the chat window, got connected to Alex. Got a confirmation for the correct delivery date. So that interaction went very well. Here hoping that what I order arrives on time and with what I payed for. I will write another review once the arrangement is delivered.

J'ai commandé un bouquet et une carte pour faire livrer le lendemain. Ils m'ont chargé la livraison la plus chère. Quand le paiement sur ma carte de crédit a passé, ils m'ont tout de suite appelé et dès que j'ai répondu ils ont raccroché. Ils m'ont envoyé un message me disant qu'ils ne pouvaient pas livrer le vendredi. J'ai réussi de peine et misère à rejoindre quelqu'un par courriel pour lui dire que je voulais annuler ma commande et avoir un remboursement. Ils m'ont dit que je ne pouvais pas avoir de remboursement. Ils m'ont donné une autre date de livraison allant à 4 jours plus tard. Rendu au jour de la livraison, ils ont communiqué avec moi par courriel me disant qu'ils ne pouvaient pas livrer ma commande. Ils m'ont donné une autre date de livraison.J'ai mentionnée que je veux un remboursement. Aucune réponse .Je suis en communication avec un journaliste pour qu'il sorte publiquement le stratagème de cette entreprise. C'est de la fraude

I waited 2hrs to get my inquiry…
I waited 2hrs to get my inquiry attended to, i had to provide the order number on 6 different occasions. In the end Nelly was able to help me however the overall customer service was atrocious
Order details incorrect
I placed an order late a night for a next day delivery and made a mistake with the delivery details. I immediately jumped on the chat and spoke with Nelly and she was great ! Was able to locate my order and fix my mistake, and able to still keep the delivery date the same despite the location change being quite significant. Definitely a relief

No Problems Whatsoever
I found everything from signing up, to the flowers being delivered, very easy. From start to delivery it was about 3 hours! The flowers were not for me but my daughter, and she was very pleased. She said everything was so fresh, healthy and beautiful!

No SUPERSIZE arrangement
Flowers were delivered promptly the day I ordered them.
I assumed the flowers were in a vase but they were not. Should have read the details more carefully, but it should have clearly stated NO VASE.
I received a picture of the flowers from my friend and they did not look like the Supersize I ordered, but rather the Regular Size. Very disapointing. Will never order from this company again.

I attempted to place 2 orders for flowers simultaneously on the Bloomex website. Apparently the website cannot process this kind of request. Payment was processed before I found this fact out. Not good. It should be fixed. I called the help line and Allan was very accommodating and helpful in sorting out my problem. Kudos to Allan.

J'ai commandé des fleurs pour un décès
J'ai commandé des fleurs pour un employé qui a perdu sa mère, il y a 5 semaines et n'ont jamais été reçu.
Après plusieurs prises de becs avec le service à la clientèle, les fleurs on été livré 5 semaines plus tard.
J'ai commandé de fabuleuse Lys blanche avec un beau vase, j'ai reçu des lys fermée et presque morte attaché avec un élastique dans une boîte de carton et j'ai payé 80$, on voulait me charger un extra de 20$ car j'ai dû changer l'adresse de livraison après 5 semaines d'attente.
Service à la clientèle déficient!
Pour moi c'est une arnaque pur et simple.
Aucun moyen de se faire remboursé, seulement un montant en crédit offert que je n'utiliserai pas par peur de me faire charger des extras et de recevoir de la marchandise périmée.
Encouragez les fleuristes locaux ,même si c'est plus dispendieux!
