You asked for a kiosk finder on the website. Not all kiosk locations are public-facing — many are in gyms, arenas, malls, airports, and secured venues. Client dashboards show real revenue in real time. We also offer live Zoom walkthroughs for serious investors — which you never requested.

You claim you never received a dashboard demo. False. You were sent materials — but because you were more focused on trying to "catch us" than understanding the business model, the conversation never progressed beyond basic Q&A.

No, we’re not hiding behind AI.
We’ve posted warehouse photos, contracts, and machine deployment videos. We’ve also removed early branding placeholders now that manufacturing and deployment have scaled. You’ll see a fully revamped site soon.

As for the Jake Paul ad — not a deepfake.
We were testing licensing-based ads that were compliant with fair use at the time. We’ve since shifted all creative to in-house content and real Flashify members.

We’ve seen competitors trying to play dirty.
Ironically, JB Charging and Charger GoGo — both mentioned — have zero good reviews. If this were truly an “unbiased warning,” it wouldn’t link to direct competitors who are clearly struggling for traction.

This claim is false and intentionally misleading. Here's what actually happened:

1. This "client" paid with stolen credit card information.
After internal review and third-party verification, we confirmed the payment originated from fraudulent activity. As a result, we ceased all communication and reported the incident immediately. We do not proceed with services under any form of illegitimate payment.

2. We have full documentation to prove this.
If you're a genuine prospect with concerns, we’re happy to show verifiable receipts, fraud alerts, and case notes proving exactly what happened — with timestamps. Transparency is key.

3. There was never an intention to invest — only to scam.
No legitimate investor would expect full kiosk deployment without clearing basic identity verification, contract validation, and payment confirmation. His “trial Slack” experience ended the moment the fraud was uncovered.

4. The business address claim is also false.
We maintain a secured warehouse facility. It is not a walk-in office or showroom, and for safety and operational reasons, we do not allow unauthorized visitors or surprise visits. Every real client gets location updates through our client success process, not by showing up unannounced.

We take our clients seriously. We also take fraud seriously.
This review is retaliation — plain and simple. But the truth speaks louder, and we invite serious investors to reach out and verify everything for themselves.

What you signed vs. what you saw:
The agreement you executed with us does not include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our current program is “done-for-you”: within the first 72 hours we ordered your kiosks and engaged our locator and deployment teams on your behalf. Those non-refundable costs are exactly why the contract you signed states refunds are not offered once purchasing and placement work begins.

Chargeback vs. refund timing:
You initiated a chargeback with your bank before requesting a refund from us. Once a chargeback is opened, card-network rules require us to let your bank decide. We can’t also issue a direct refund at the same time (that would duplicate the credit). We notified you that chargeback reviews typically resolve in 7–10 business days, but the exact timing and outcome are entirely determined by your bank, not by Flashify.

“Wrong merchant name” on your statement:
It’s normal for the descriptor on a card statement to show our payment processor’s name instead of “Flashify.” That’s standard for many businesses that use a third-party processor; it doesn’t mean the company is “fake.”

Flashify LLC is a privately held company. Like many private companies, we are not required to publicly list officers or board leadership on a website. That said, our corporate registration, operating address, and managing members are all filed with the state and available for anyone to verify directly.

3. BBB registration
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is not a governmental or regulatory body—it is a private organization that companies may choose to register with. We document every step of our onboarding process for transparency, and we are more than willing to share this evidence with any prospective partner who wishes to see it.

For context, our website, contracts, and sales calls are all very clear: kiosk placement typically takes 30–45 days. You are currently within that window (25 days since your purchase), so the process is still on track and fully aligned with the expectations we set upfront.

We understand waiting can be frustrating, but accusing our company of scamming is both inaccurate and unfair to the dozens of clients who have successfully gone through the same process you are currently in.
