I recieved my order, eventhough it took longer than expected (around a month). The problem is they don't provide invoices or any receipts as a proof of the purchase. I didn't even know it was legal.

4 years and I still haven’t received my order

Gave a star because I had too, my son ordered 2 flags on Christmas Eve 2021, it is now July ‘22 and there are no flags and even though several emails exchanged they basically stole $38 from a 13 yr old. Asked for a business phone number but they don’t have one? Shady business to say the least, no morals…will definitely steal your money and then ignore you!

Terrible experience. I ordered 5 months ago and have not received my flag. We have 22 emails between each other and every email they say just waiting on their shipping dept. This company is lying with every word they speak.

It has been 5 months since I placed my order of $100 and haven't received anything. They don't even respond toy my emails. They have extremely poor customer service and they don't refund my order I would not recommend ordering from them EVER.

I placed an order 4 months ago and I still haven’t received my flag or a refund!? I’ve emailed them plenty of times and they just lag and say the same thing, really bad first experience

Been 5 months since i ordered a flag and nothing has happened. Support wont even email me back or anything. Probably gonna try to get a refund somehow but idk yet

Garbage customer service giving me fake tracking numbers blaming covid and ignoring update requests. Over a year has past and I didn’t get the damn thing. Don’t waste your money on this scam company. I have no hope my custom flag will ever arrive.

BUYER BEWARE! This is the most dishonest company on the internet. I placed an order for (2) custom flags needed for college athlete scholarship signing day. The orders were placed on 10/27 for an event on 11/10. I found out the same day that they would not make the event, so I requested in writing on FB, their website and via email. There was plenty of time to cancel the order and refund my money but they acknowledge my cancellation and did ABSOULTUY nothing. Two days before the event and I get notified that it was too late, and I would be charged and next I could contact them for “deal”. There won’t be another next time for this company.

i ordered on september 16 so i would get my custom flags on my birthday but months later and nothing... they won't even reply to me now they basically stole my $76 USD and would like to file a class action lawsuit with anyone else that would be interested into getting their money back. it doesn't help that i am poor either and i decided to buy what i expected to be top quality American flags.... instead i got robbed which is a federal crime for them to commit fraud as well stealing. the owners should be arrested and charged for every person they stole from.

It’s been a year and I haven’t received anything, or my money back. Emails and phone calls have been useless. Don’t waste your time or money

Ordered flags from this crap company and have yet to receive them.. been 2 months .. buyer beware.. do not order from Flag Nation ..

Like almost everyone else who has left a review about this company, I still have yet to receive shipping information and it's been over 2 months since I placed my order. They also have not replied to my emails or messages and there's not phone number listed for me to call. Safe to say that either Flag Nation does not care about their customers or this company is a scam. I would strongly suggest that you don't waste your time and money with this company because the only thing you're going to receive from them is heartache.

This company is complete garbage. Placed an order over 4 months ago and no one can tell me where it is or when it’s coming. They won’t even answer my emails now.
Save your money use Amazon I finally did and got my flag in a couple of days

By far the worst company to order from. DON'T DO IT!!!! They are Thieves!!!!! Placed an order for a couple custom flags over a month ago. Never received the flags. They've emailed me a couple times to tell me what I want to hear. But still no damn flags. Next stop is BBB to file a complaint.

Ordered flag on 5/3 and it’s now 6/22 and I still have not received my flag. And my flag was not even a custom flag.

It's been 3 months. Still haven't got anything. SCAMMERS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE ALL THE REST OF US. SCAMMERS.

Ordered 2 custom flags on MARCH 22ND, still have not recieved. Originally I got an email from someone almost immediately when I placed the order that they needed better pictures, which I sent and he confirmed he got them. SInce then, it is now May 25th and still nothing!. will not return any of my emails and if you call it rings, goes to voicemail that is full! I was getting responses originally saying "due to covid shipping is delayed" bull. the company is about an hour away from where I live. and they refused to confirm that they even finished or started my order. What a shame, since I orderd a custom flag from them almost 2 years ago and it was beautiful

If I could give a zero I would, placed an order on 5/2, stated I would receive it in 5-7 business days. It’s over that time frame, NO FLAG, no email on my order or tracking number except a bs email saying send us a picture of you enjoying your flag THAT I NEVER RECEIVED! I have sent emails and can’t get a response! I expect a refund! This was for my son and I’m PISSED that this company is so unprofessional!!!

Horrible company. I ordered my custom flag on May 1st even paid for two day shipping and still have not received my flag. I have made numerous phone calls with their voicemail box being full and I have sent several texts and emails with no response. Very unprofessional company. Save your money they are a scam.
