Two-bit scammers
Terrible on so many different levels. First, test your product and stand by it. I could barely fit my feet in the shoes I purchased despite sizing up to be safe. Yet, despite this error on their part, they don't pay return shipping. It's the 21st century, guys, and when it's on you it isn't the customer's responsibility to pay to return so you can sell it again to another victim. Lastly, even had I wanted to pay return shipping, I was quoted under the original cost and service has proceeded to ignore inquiries to bring up the error for a full week. Avoid at all costs.

Don't do business with this company
Don't do business with this company. Sent me the wrong size...ordered UK 8 and received UK 6....and Fitness Footwear have not done any more than offer me 10% off my next purchase.I live in Australia so returning the shoes would be costly, and the wrong size was entirely due to the company's mistake. When I said that 10% off my next purchase is inadequate to redress this situation, even that disappeared! I am $100 out of pocket with Merrell shoes that are way too small due to Fitness Footwear's error, and they have done NOTHING to redress this. A shoddy company. Appalling customer service and unreliable. AVOID Fitness Footwear.
