Order never arrived. No response despite repeated efforts to contact them. Thank goodness my bank refunded. Never ever again, avoid at all costs.

My son shoes did not fit so I looked at thier return address but couldn't find any on their website. I emailed to get the address and still no reposne. That is the issue with these sites, rip offs

Very unsatisfactory. I have send multiple mails for returning the item as it was oversized. No response from the sender. I might have sent a 5-8 requests in their customer contact portal and no response till now. Very bad experience.

Products as described and at good prices.
However only 4 stars because comms about shipping etc could have been better.
Would shop here again though.

No stars as no delivery. Contacted company - no reply. Have two emails to give review their company but no email with dispatch estimate or delivery info. Poor service for items that were ordered two weeks ago.

Really bad ecperience, poor service, no communication at all. I have not received the item, I am unable to contact the seller because the seller is not responding. I have reported twice on the shop web the fact that I have not received the parcel, no response. I have been trying to ring the shop on several occasdions, also no answer! I have reported the seller to pay pal to claim the money back.

Terrible! avoid.

Disorderly company. Ordered a set of headphones and was not sent the item pictured. I accept mistakes happen, but have attempted to contact them via email for 3 days straight to arrange a return at their expense and have been ignored completely - they were quick enough to take my money! Phone calls aren't answered, going to claim back from my card provider instead.

Edit: 4 days later, still nothing. In fact, laughably the only communication I've had from them since this is an invite to review their services 😅

Wrong item sent - second time

Order not received. Don’t respond to emails.

An absolutely appalling experience which to date still hasn't been resolved.
I ordered a cricket bag for my son's birthday and was sent the incorrect item. After many emails I finally received a response and was told to return the incorrect cricket bag for exchange with the correct item (I even had to send them the link to the correct item!), and received confirmation that I would be compensated for return shipping of the incorrect item.

The cricket bag has been returned and accepted by fitness360 (I have the delivery proof and picture), however I've had no reply or follow-up despite having sent emails and trying to contact fitness360 by phone.

Phone calls seem always transferred to what I guess is a mobile number and then not answered.
I would not recommend this company at all and regret having bought the item with them. I'm currently still chasing my purchase / money and would really appreciate if this company can sort out their mess and start responding.

Absolutely appalling. I enquired how long the package would take as it was a birthday present. They asked if I wanted to cancel order and I said no. The order then got cancelled without speaking to me.

I ordered a pair of goggles which are perfect at an excellent price, and a swimming hat. Unfortunately, they sent me an anti-fog spray instead of the swimming hat. The goggles are coated with the most cutting-edge anti-fog layer, so I don't even need the spray. Because of the low price of the hat, I couldn't be bothered to return it. It was a quick delivery, well packed.

Requested VAT invoice receipt. Did not receive one.

Incorrect products dispatched, one item still not received and non existent customer services. Hopefully can get a refund.
