Very pleased with product and service.

STEER CLEAR - Think twice about buying from Fitness 360:
Quite simply the product arrived damaged. I get it, it happens, delivery drivers accidentally break things, warehouse staff don’t realise when they pack it etc. And hey, that’s just buying online for you.
But.. it should also have been a very simple process of returning and getting a replacement or refund (as anyone would reasonably expect from any good online retailer these days).
Unfortunately (or deliberately 🤔) it seems Fitness 360 wants to make life difficult to do this. One can only guess as to why but I suspect it’s because if you make it difficult then on average some people will give up trying and accept substandard or damaged goods. Speaks volumes about their integrity and honesty as a retailer.
- Thier website doesn’t tell you where to actually return the damaged goods to
- Their “customer services” team do not respond to emails so you can’t even converse with them
- They expect YOU to pay for return postage and ensure it gets back to them, and only then will they refund the cost of postage, meaning it’s your responsibility to get the goods back to them despite their errors and also hope they agree with you that it was damaged when it arrived with you.

Oh dear, another poor retailer with a poor attitude and a lack of respect for their customers. Could do so much better but it seems they’re just not bothered. Not worth the hassle, a word of warning, just steer very clear of this shoddy outfit.

Please avoid this company. I had not received my product as I was later informed that it is no longer in stock. I have not received a refund despite being promised to be issued a refund. The customer service is non existent and the owner of the company who initially responded to my emails has now
stopped responding to my emails re refund. I had no other choice but to open a case with PayPal and it is being investigated....

Absolutely awful. I haven't received my product. No respinse to emails or phones. I actually have to start a dispute with my bank to get my money bank. DISGUSTING

Ordered my items, paid for them, received tracking, but the parcel was never sent, no not, not delivered, just never sent; Checked everyday for over a week! When I emailed to ask about my item, the response was we’re refunding you, nothing more. Seemed like they knew but were waiting to see if I’d check. Appalling

Three day maximum express delivery - three weeks later and still no delivery and no update as to what is happening!

I bought a table tennis bat from the company. They did not send the product for a week. In response to my e-mail, they said that the problem was caused by the warehouse and that they would resend it, but 10 more days have passed and they still have not sent the product. Moreover, they do not respond to my e-mails

I sent for something in one colour and received it in another. I have returned the item and am awaiting replacement. I did receive an apology.

Received confirmation of order and Royal Mail tracking
Then they cancelled and refunded me

I received a different product than I ordered.

Ordered on 19th Sept told it was dispatched on 20th royal mail don't anything know about it!! and still don't, sent e mail to company no response judging by the reviews I've since seen no surprises there,

Surprise surprise my order has turned up this morning 28th thank you but the above comments are still relevant

Very slow delivery ordered 7 days ago still not received goods

Have not been delivered yet. Ordered on 9th Sept. Heard nothing since.

Quick, great purchase. Would buy again!

It's been over a week and my item still hasn't arrived. The royal mail has been showing as "we're expecting it" for about a week now.

Ordered darts. Took my money send me a notification with royal mail tracking number that never got updated to say it had been actually dropped off or picked up by royal mail. Take ages to respond by email eventually respond by saying stock error no stock do you want a refund or to wait. Asked for refund. Still waiting. Now opened a case with paypal

Delivery was the worst I have ever experienced, we paid for 48 hour delivery and it took 6 working days. The only thing worse than the delivery was the communication, an unanswered email makes it ignored. All in all, an unsatisfactory experience.

Item never arrived with no explanation why despite asking on multiple occasions. I have been pestered ever since for feedback over and over again.
