It is a SCAM, and Fraud based in Lithuania. They advertise the product for $70 without mentioning it is US and then automatically deduct twice as much without an opportunity to review. The cost was $250 AU..thankfully my bank retreived the money.

Es fängt schon damit an dass die Firma 2x den Betrag für die Kopfhörer abbuchen wollte bis ich zurückgebucht und die Firma informiert habe dass sie das Geld bereits erhalten haben und ich nicht zwei Mal für ein paar Kopfhörer bezahle. Ich habe die Kopfhörer jetzt sage und schreibe 20 Tage lang, der rechte wird vom case nicht mehr geladen, manchmal gehen nicht beide an, das Touchpad vom case funktioniert mal und mal wieder nicht. Der Sound ist ebenfalls viel zu basslastig und bleibt es auch egal wie man sie einstellt. All das habe ich auch dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt und im Zuge dessen weigert sich die Firma zur Garantieeinhaltung und Erstattung. Stattdessen werden mir Kosten angedroht und 25% als Abfindung angeboten wie auf irgendeinem Basar. Unprofessionell, schilchtweg schlechtes Produkt, auf gar keinen Fall kaufen!!

I got the product in black box without the brand in it, it looks like they are clone, very difficult to pair with my mobile, by the way, they appear as A8 Pro…. In the Bluetooth list

The earbuds would not connect to any of my devices via Bluetooth. Fiti Beats customer "service" just gives you a run around. Call them and you're kept on hold with a repeating message for 10 minutes, then told to call back or contact them via email or a non-existent chat. If you do get to a rep, you'll get disconnected mid conversation. If you use email and have to respond to it, you get "Delivery Status" delayed messages. When I did get a rep on the phone, she said she would send me the instructions and link to return the earbuds. What I got was an email with a link to a customer service survey and the instructions to reply to the email so they could "walk me through the process." Guess what? When I replied, I got the delayed delivery messages again.

Sound quality is terrible, don’t hold charge long and are now dead after 2 months

Fiti Beats (earbuds) are a SCAM! They've created a fake "#1 best earbuds" review website to lure you in. Read these Trustpilot reviews and DON'T go for this earbud scam!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! It should be Zero or minus STARS if I could give. Its a scam company. Ordered a headphone and always beat around the bush when asked for the tracking number and always claimed they have sent the product as well as the tracking number. Lukily I paid with PayPal and finally got all my money back. Big thanks to PayPal.

I ordered the supposedly number 1 set of ear buds on the market from fitibeats. They guaranteed delivery to Europe in less than 12 days, It has now been 28 days,
I send them emails about it, they say they are dealing with it. And a week later I have to send them another email about it.
These people are utterly incompetent at delivery, and I suspet them now of being thieves.

Zero stars. Fraudulent charged pay pal multiple times as soon as I put my password in. Thankfully my bank flagged the charges .

I ordered something based on a good review. Two minutes after placing the order, I wanted to cancel. It wouldn't work because the item was already packaged. After several emails asking where my item was, I finally received it. Since I didn't want it anyway, I immediately asked for a return address. After 20 emails and a 75% discount offer, I still haven't received an address.

So far I give them 1 star. I'm quite sure I never even ordered anything from them. Just was in their website while I was looking for new earbuds. Then a charge of 176€ on my credit card via PayPal. His the heck did they do that? Crazy... Will see if anything arrives.

I think this is a scam. I never received my products. Fortunately used my credit card and was able to get a refund through the fraud division. Please watch out.

Wish I could provide zero starts. I am certain they are scam operators, paid my money and got the run around with BS about order details being incomplete, needing to verify my address and so on. 12 Days after order and still not sent and no tacking number, again got the runaround from their "Customer Service" team. They lure people in with schmick marketing and a big 65% discount plus I believe fake AI reviews. Threatened to cancel my order due to no update/tracking and they went ahead and cancelled straight away. Lucky with paypal as refund did happen. Strongly suggest keeping away from this bunch.
