Great service by the First Payment team and Matthew Fox-Smith in particular, really helpful throughout!

I spoke to several different providers and FPMS gave the clearest explanation of all aspects of the fees, terms & conditions etc. Their rates & fees are very competitive. My advisor was Steve Rowbotham who guided me through the whole process from signing up, to delivery, setup & aftercare. The machine is incredibly easy to use and has improved my business already. Great service!

I used a comparison site to find a better deal on our card processing machine and the first caller to respond to my enquiry was Daryl Mason. I could tell right away that I liked him and he wasn't at all pushy about offering a quote. I told him we had a quote from another company but he had already given me a more favourable quote. I was able to ask him questions and received satisfactory answers which helped me make a decision. The whole process of signing up was dealt with quickly and our new machine has just arrived complete with a phone call and email from Daryl with instructions to set it up.

I have been very impressed by Daryl and his efficiency and he has followed up on his promises.
