First Call Motor Breakdown Arvostelua 

I've had the misfortune of being a customer to many breakdown/recovery services and this was certainly one of quickest and easiest with great communication. Highly recommend.

Courteous telephone conversation. Information received swiftly and pleasantly. Assistance promised within 90 minutes and a confirmation text received 15 mins later.
Assistance arrived and wheel changed within timescale. All sorted. Very pleased. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

The recovery man Jim was great and friendly. He rang to advise he was en route and arrived on time. Very polite and careful with minimal disruption to traffic. He rang immediately to say the vehicle had been delivered and that there were no handover issues. Chris in the office was brilliant in dealing with the garage and keeping me informed of the process in collecting the vehicle as it was a 2 day operation. First class service all round, would highly recommend.

I had to call first call 3 weeks after buying my car. As it was free with my warranty I thought they would make it difficult to claim but that could not be further from the truth. The call handler was very efficient and forwarded me to a recovery company who were equally good and sent a recovery truck within 45 minutes. As I was broken down in a petrol station and on my own it was very stressful but first call were very good.

Arived on time and great and very polite driver

After a short journey my car wouldn’t restart. I called breakdown who were very helpful and within a few minutes I was informed that recovery was on its way and would be with me within 60minutes. The recovery man came within that time and sorted out my problem ( battery connection) very quickly and I was able to continue my journey. He was very helpful and waited unto I drove off to make sure it was sorted.

Unable to speak to anyone on the phone directly, but they were quick to respond to the online form. Highway agency recovery driver was amazing. Arrived way earlier than told, kept me informed until he arrived and was very professional, kind & knowledgeable when recovering my vehicle. The recovery would've been 5*. Getting to that point could've been smoother

Can't believe how quick they came got it going then towed it away to the garage . First class for the mechanic very pleasant and let me know what was happening and said it in a way that I could understand thankyou to all . Would refer them to my family and friends five stars 🌟

First call came to my rescue this morning when my car failed to start at home. They attended within an hour of my call. Their driver was friendly and very efficient. My problem was quickly sorted. I was very impressed with the service

My wife left her keys in her car overnight and the next day we discovered the battery was flat.

I have a battery jump starter but this wasn't man enough to start the car.

I called First Call and explained the situation but was informed that this situation was not covered as the cause of the fault was due to the user.

Having a so called comprehensive breakdown cover that leaves you stranded due to a flat battery (own fault or not) is not worth bothering with.

I've taken out cover with First Call several times over the past 15 years and used it twice.

Suffice to say I will look elsewhere for breakdown cover.

Friendly and prompt

I have an issue with my car, and thankfully I had breakdown cover through my policy. With one phone call to them they instantly called Sheriffmill garage. And they were at my door in 20 min, the mechanic got my vehicle started, and told me it was the altinator and to get it checked thoroughly, so I contacted vauxhall motors and drove the car down there, on the advice from the sheriffmill mechanic, which was knot to switch the car off until I got there. And this was first class advice,if I did switch it off it would not have started again. This was the first ever issue I've had with a car. And I'm thank full that I had cover ,and how the mechanic was professional polite and took the time, to talk through the issue with me. Brilliant company, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Sheriffmill garage to anyone. Thank you guys.
