They took my money but not even an automated email to confirm. After a couple of weeks still no contact accept to ask me to rate their performance. Not good enough.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had this experience your documents for your breakdown cover are sent immediately on email once you have taken out the cover. Please let me look into this for you, could i kindly ask that you email me your Policy number and postcode of your address that you set up the policy with to josh@first4recovery.co.uk and i can make sure the order confirmation documents are sent out in the post to you.

I would highly recommend these guys

I would highly recommend these guys, they came out quickly and when my vehicle could not be fixed it was towed to the garage of my choice.
They are more reasonably priced than the main breakdown company's but the service is even better.

Excellent Service

I managed to cover two vehicles for almost the cost of just one with another recovery company.

Easy to set up and extremely good value for money will certainly be recommending to friends and family.
