Quality Materials AND Service...A+
Fireside provided excellent quality materials. There was a glitch on our second order and it was sent to an incorrect address, but the mistake was caught quickly and corrected in a timely manner. Very good customer service. I highly recommend Fireside Chimney Supply.

They we open on a Saturday! I called and left a voicemail message. They Returned the call the same day. The custom made adapter arrived on time. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend. This is pretty impressive as I doesn’t ever take the time to write reviews. Great job

I don't know how this company can sell such crap.
Every corner had huge leaky corners.
I returned it because it would have filled the house up with smoke.
The guy I talked to is the reason I wrote this.
Pissey and arrogant.
No time for the customer.
It was he was right period.
Didn't want to listen that it was just a bad part.
He was sure I modified it.
Which I didn't.
Maybe work on quality control and your crappy attitude.
I'm sure your happy you screwed me out of the 50$ shipping.
For that social media will loose you alot more than that.
