Great service provided by a top company, the gentleman that carried out the Fire Risk Assessment was Steve , he was absolutely brilliant from start to end , did a thorough inspection of the premises, giving great advice whistle doing so , his vast knowledge of procedures were quite amazing he explained everything simply and effectively to myself and staff. Fire risk assessments are a great company to deal with the entire route from beginning to end was seamless. Thank you all!

The assessor was on friendly, polite on time and explained in a clear manner any points that were raised

Their excellent work ethic speaks for itself.
They are quite experienced and very up-to-date with most regulator requirements. They help throughout the whole compliance process.

The inspector explained current regulations and gave good advice for moving forward

We were let down by another supplier and FireRiskAssessment.com helped us out. They were more than accommodating and turned our request around very smoothly.
They have been fantastic from the 1st call to the final report.

Steve is the man, always able to accommodate my requirements and best work around for our properties. Never does he moan when I call him several times a day. This is truly why I have over 30 properties (multi apartment schemes) with him as he keeps on delivering.

Keep up the good work Flash Gordon.

Arrived on time.

Wanted to see every area. Very thorough

Very informative visit and our office was thoroughly checked during the visit. Would recommend.

Be very careful speaking to these people. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with them, and their services left me deeply unsatisfied. Not only did they exhibit unprofessional behavior, but they also resorted to threatening litigation, which is unacceptable.

My ordeal began when I called them to discuss potential dates for a fire risk assessment. Unfortunately, they took it upon themselves to assume that we had already settled on a date. This assumption led them to send a fire risk assessor to my property on a bank holiday, several months later, without my consent or confirmation. To add insult to injury, they then sent me an abortive bill, demanding payment for a service that was never scheduled in the first place. I was stunned to receive such a bill while I was away from the property, enjoying my time halfway up the Long Mynd.

Despite my repeated requests for physical evidence or proof that a date had been agreed upon, they failed to provide any substantiation. It became increasingly clear that no such agreement had been made over the phone as they had claimed.

What shocked me even more was their audacity to threaten litigation in order to coerce me into paying the "abortive" fee for a booking I never authorized. Instead of rectifying their mistake and apologizing for the inconvenience caused, they resorted to harassment, bombarding me with incessant demands for payment.

Although I offered to cover the assessor's fuel costs as a gesture of goodwill, they adamantly insisted that I pay the entire fee, despite the fact that I had no knowledge or proof of the booking. If a date had indeed been scheduled, I would have been present at the property as expected.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise you to seek a fire risk assessment from another provider. Dealing with these individuals was an absolute nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and litigious nature are qualities that should not be associated with any reputable service provider.

Save yourself the trouble and frustration. Look elsewhere for a professional and reliable fire risk assessment provider who values their customers and operates with integrity.

FireRiskAssessments.com have recently helped us to organise four urgent fire risk assessments. They spent a lot of time to help us and get them in place, despite their assessors already having full diaries. Reactive and efficient service. Highly recommend this company.

The company is in quick respond. Appreciate for the works

Helpful and affiant to arrange everything.

The fire risk assessor was quite rude and didn't listen well. There has been things put on the report that state they are missing or haven't been managed when we already have them in place but the risk assessor didn't ask at the time

Great company. Very helpful, good communication. The person performing our assessment was very helpful and cooperative and had lots of great advice.
