Sono stata contattata da un consulente Finra dicendomi che avevo dei soldi in cripto valute da recuperare... Tutto vero ero incappata in un pseudo Agente che mi aveva letteralmente truffato...Quindi , investimento già considerato perso e dimenticato..Il consulente Finra mi tartassa di telefonate dicendomi e assicurando che non avrei dovuto badare alcun soldo...
Ci sono cascata in pieno ad oggi mi hanno letteralmente rubato tutti i miei risparmi per ottenere il mio capitale e non ho visto niente indietro...
Vi prego non fidatevi sono truffatori senza scrupoli.

Ho avuto un'esperienza brutta negli investimenti di criptovaluta, dopo aver perso tutto i miei risparmi. Ho seguito le indicazioni che mi hanno suggerito la Finra dopo 1 mese di verifica sono riuscita a recuperare le mie cripto! Grazie mille Finra

I encountered problems with them, but they were swiftly resolved following an investigation conducted by the fraud agency(see title for agency)after I reported the issues

I recently filed a complaint with FINRA regarding Etrade/Morgan Stanley and what I believe is their deceptive communication, breach of fiduciary duty and self-dealing. The issue involves the firms' unilateral and with no disclosure termination of a competitive money market sweep option (with >4.75% yield) and replacement of the option with a savings account at Morgan Stanley Private Bank yielding 0.05%.

One day after filing the complaint I received an email from FINRA indicating my concern was forwarded to Etrade for their response. So much for an independent regulatory and enforcement body. No wonder we have such low trust in our financial institutions.

Completely useless, impotent organization. They are like a fire department that shows up 3 weeks late or an ambulance that never comes at all. Hey finra, how many times do you use the phrase "the wheels turn slowly'?

Ieri sono stata contattata de un consulente Finra, mi disse che fovebo prendere dei soldi maturati da un investimento che avevo fatto, credo Dicembre scorso. Mi ha fatto scaricare un programma remoto Anydesk per potere entrare nel pc
È apparso una estensione Binance dove mi ha fatto mettere la password per potere entrare e così andando di là e di quà ho visto la somma da prendere, 4 mila euro all'incirca.
Siccome io ho un portafoglio Binance, vado a guardare se i soldi che ho visto in Anydesk c'erano anche lì, invece ho visto saldo 0000000 👀....
Allora mi ha fatto pensare.
E questo consulente qua nn è stato il primo a contattarmi, prima di lui mi hanno contattati 4 o 5 .

Easy to understand why financial institutions are so unethical and don’t care about anything. The customer says spoke to multiple people at FINRA and was towed. We are only here as a consultant, and even though the company may or may have not been unethical, we don’t care. FINRA and your financial institutions are in cahoots to lie, cheat and steal an FINRA gets a kick back, so they don’t care

And when you ask your agent for a last name, they tell you they don’t have to give it to you because they don’t wanna be held responsible for anything they say! Skip this agency, go right to a lawyer and sue them both can’t wait to see them in court

Shady organization which claims to protect retail investors, but in reality it throws the small investor under the bus in favour of the wealthy hedge funds. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

FINRA illegally halted the trade of a preferred stock to allow hedgefunds and marketmakers to not have to pay retail investors for the naked shares they produced and allowed retail sellers to purchase.

December 09 2022, proved once again that FINRA should not be allowed to continue operating.
The evidence shows that FINRA has the interest of the HFs and not Retail investors like myself.
The failure to protect retail has been going on for far too long. It is time for government to step in and do something positive for the people, that is if they are interested in doing so.

Back in July 2011, I filed a complaint against Pearl Lee (married name: Gitter), my former Financial Advisor at Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia PA. For the 4 years I had my 2 small retirement accounts managed by Pearl (2006-2010), this woman churned my account and defrauded my life savings. I provided FINRA with over 100 pages of transactions she executed in my 2 small accounts, over 130 trades made in 4 short years where every trade generated a commission for Pearl. My account total in 2010 withdrew out of Janney was less than the amount initially deposited when the accounts were first opened in 2006. When one looks at the entire picture, there was nothing Fiduciary about these 130+ trades made during the worst performing and volatile periods in the markets since the Black Monday crash of 1929. My retirement account was a revolving door of activities where Pearl initiated and collected a steady, undiminished commission every year for 4 years during a recession.

I'm not a finance expert nor an entrepreneur making 6 or more figures a year. I work for a non-profit, humanitarian service and far from being labeled as rich. I had a humble account and trusted Pearl Lee to manage my retirement future. Pearl took advantage of my trust and exploited it. My 2 retirement accounts were both small, less than 100K in each. Because the loss was not a huge amount by FINRA's standards, they chose not to prosecute Pearl Lee. No disciplinary actions, no disclosures, no restitution - from either FINRA or Janney.

I did not get any justice and Pearl Lee got to walk away unscathed! Today, I had to settle for poetic justice. Google "Pearl Lee Janney" or like and you will find multiple complaints on multiple consumer reports, business reviews and shame websites spanning 10 years (and counting). I am making Pearl Lee of Philadelphia PA infamous on the World Wide Web. Today, Pearl Lee is still an active employee at Janney and both Pearl & Janney knows these complaints and shame sites exists. 10 years and not one defamation or any lawsuit coming from either of them. This should tell you the legitimacy of my complaints against Pearl Lee.

So if FINRA refuse to protect the smallest of investors, let the internet expose these greedy, unscrupulous financial advisors so that the public are made aware of their illegal actions and the firm's culpability in supporting and defending these White Collar criminals!

An agency that's supposed to protect retail traders and enforce laws. Absolute dog s**t! These people protect big banks and hedge funds.
