I would like to buy from this company but am unable to set up an account or receive any discount codes. They have a form to submit for issues, which I did and received nothing- no acknowledgment they received the form, no response, nothing. Asked for help on their live chat and was told to submit the form. No option to call them. Very disappointed since like the art and options for purchase.

Ich hatte ein großes Poster als Geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt.
Nachdem ewig keine Bestätigung zu meiner Bestellung kam, habe ich mehrfach versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen! Die Künstlerin (Barbara del Rio) hat bis heute nicht geantwortet, und die Mitarbeiter von Fine Art america haben sich auch enorm Zeit gelassen. Als das Paket dann endlich (leider deutlich nach dem Geburtstag) ankam, mussten wir feststellen dass die Qualität absolute Katastrophe war! Enorm unscharf und verpixelt, und die Farben nicht wie bestellt.. auch war das Papier und der Druck 1 zu 1 wie aus nem normalen Drucker. Kein Hochglanz, kein besonderes Papier. Wenn Wasser draus kommt verschwimmt es direkt.
Habe dann mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen und gefragt wie man nun weiter verfahren soll. Es hieß dass das bei der Größe durchaus normal sei, und dass ich zwar nur eine teilweise Rückerstattung bekomme, aber diese nur wenn ich das Poster vor laufender Kamera zerreiße! Also hab ich ein Minus-Geschäft gemacht und musste dafür sogar das Bild zerstören.

Great selection of art, great options for printing and framing, fast delivery! Once received 1. The image is beautiful 2. The packaging is very protective and 3. the product is very high quality/well made.

The photo, packaging, and mounting were all first rate. I have purchased three photos over the past several years and have always been impressed with the entire process.

Fine Art America is a 5STAR company because they provided prompt updated messages about my orders and the towels are made of excellent material and the beautiful towel images are exactly as promoted on their website and informed delivery was excellent. I have recommended them to 8 of my friends. They are rare professionals I'm happy to do business.

Print inaccurately placed in frame. Glue on fronts of two frames. Difficult to communicate with company about delivery timing and complaints. I have ordered several times from you and this was the worst experience.

Terrible service.

I have tried contacting customer and tech service multiple times because of an item that hasn't reached me for over a month, and I've had login issues that I've tried to email about and no one responded. I couldn't even contact the mail service they use as I'm not based in the US and it's not accepting requests for information.

This company is exhausting. Artists need to find another way to distribute their items.

The color of the canvas print I ordered is vibrant! The item was delivered in a timely order. They have a large selection of prints....but I'm so happy with my ultimate choice. I recommend this company.

Fine Art America, over years, is a place we love to purchase much of the art for our home. The site is well organized. Visualizing the finished result (matted, framed) is easy, so is finding artists we love. Packages arrive secure and shipping is prompt. Customer service is reliable.

As as a Feng Shui practitioner, art and placement are dynamic features. Friends and family repeatedly compliment the result.

A friend painted my daughter's dogs as a Christmas gift. Being able to take that image and replicate it perfectly on a very nice canvas bag was the perfect gift! Delivery was exceptional and the quality of the bag is excellent.

Fine Art America is a joke. After paying the membership fee, and uploading work for hours over a period of weeks, which includes posting all the pricing and such, I can't even get their web page to load.
And then when you write to technical support via email, they say use the link on the webpage THAT WON'T OPEN.
PS. Plenty of similar experiences posted online.

The wire to hang one of my pictures was not fastened. Almost as though the worker stopped when half-way done and just shipped it to me. I went to the site to complain and the pw I set up 2 weeks ago doesn't work. Reset email doesn't come. Yes I checked junk.

very happy with service, and more importantly with product. Very nicely packaged.

First time purchasing here. My product never arrived. I have emailed multiple times, as they never sent a tracking code. Once I received the tracking code, it already clearly said it was returned back and I had to email 3 more times asking for my refund. My address was correct, I work from home, and there is always someone home. I have yet to receive my refund despite having asked multiple times.

Art work came in a timely manner but had to be returned to order a larger size. It took several phone calls and emails to receive my refund for the first print and they kept the cost of them shipping the first piece to me, even though I paid for it in the total cost. Somehow, it doesn't seem fair.

I have been associated with Fine Art America for several years through my partner’s Premium artist account (Coleen Z).
Over the past year, we have experienced repeated technical problems: visitor stats frequently pause or stop updating for days (even with confirmed genuine visits), scroll arrows break and cause “forbidden” errors or reset to the first artwork, and new uploads sometimes result in “Page Not Found” errors.
These issues appear account-specific. Other artists we’ve spoken with privately report normal functionality. When we raise the problems with support, the responses are generic — typically explaining that stats are sometimes paused due to “bot traffic” and suggesting we use Google Analytics instead. This does not address why the problems are frequent and persistent on one account while others function normally.
The platform has potential, but the unreliable backend and lack of meaningful resolution after multiple tickets make it frustrating for long-term Premium artists. Greater consistency and effective technical support would make a significant difference.

I ordered a t-shirt from Fine Arts America and read the customer comments about sizing before ordering. Most comments said the sizes runs small so order one size larger, which I did. The t-shirt (W XL) order arrived and it is so small, no where near the size I comfortably wear or the size indicated on the t shirt I received. The quality of the fabric is flimsy. Customer service was no help. I will have to pass the t-shirt on to a child. Seriously.
