The advice was excellent and very professional but my telephone ☎️ appointment was over an hour late.
I understand and appreciate that some financial reviews take longer then their allocated time but it would of been courteous if there had been some kind of contact just to say they were running late.

These people are fraudsters they’ve been trying to constantly take money out of my bank until I wake up today and the money has actually been taken. I have never heard of this company’s name neither have I ever signed up for something like this.

Absolutely shocking company. Lose information provided on numerous occasions, give contradicting information depending on who's dealing with the case and suddenly come up with money owes when the IVA is due to finish despite saying that everything was paid.

There very helpful and friendly people to deal with and they understand your situation and try to deal with it in the best way possible

The company is really good and helpful. I sometimes send them letters by email from my creditors that make me panic. They always put my mind at ease by telling not to worry. If anything they will sort it out. I give me a review once a year to see if I am ok financially. Which is really good. I’m kept up to date on everything.

They put your mind at rest..take time to listen and make sure your happy with advice given. Glad I contacted them..

Here we go again!!! Negative star reviews should be an option….
So after speaking to 2 different advisors in a space of 7 days and being told that additional monies was left is correct, it’s now increased again.
Do not go with this company they are not here to help and they do not want you to finish an IVA. Poor communication as always did not even tell me that they were adding more money on. Thank you for your added stress and further sleepless nights.
