I have just double checked your order and I can see you ordered 4 items that was a pre-order and the rest was shipped out and delivered within a few days (signed for by yourself)

Right away we contacted you regarding the pre-order and you was refunded instantly for the items that was a pre-order.

We do also make our pre-order items visible to be pre-orders on our website, checkout department and on your invoice too.

We have communicated with you throughout the process and you have not made us aware of your unsatisfied experience.

You even thanked us for our quick response and help so we are very shocked to see this review.

Thank you for your review and we appreciate any kind of feedback and we take it all on board as we love to improve in any way that we can 😊

We note that you mention stock is not always available and there is a bit of a wait for this and we agree, this is something we are working on with current suppliers to improve this.

Due to the popularity of particular lines within our product range, we do experience getting stock in and soon after, its back out stock again - we cannot get the stock in quick enough (which is not a bad thing as we appreciate all the orders our customers place)

We do always make our timeframes visibible on our platform so customers can make the decision on whether to order or not and we always complete any pre-orders within the 7-14 working day time frame advertised.
