Fairly priced, quality stuff, prompt support. This is obviously a place with a lot of passion behind it, which is refreshing given how much 3D printer garbage and corporatization is out there.

Great service, prompt shipping times and quality stuff. I even misspelled my own address and he reached out to me directly to double check before shipping, long after business hours. Really appreciate the effort.

I’ve been a long time customer of Filastruder for a couple different 3D printer parts and pieces and filament. Had one issue in over 10 years and it was resolved in an email. THAT’S what you want for customer service. Shipping is fast, packaging is great, and the fact I can see past and present orders on one dashboard (you’d be surprised how many businesses still don’t do that) is great! Love this business, keep up the good work!

Filastruder is always my go-to site for 3d printing supplies. They sold me my first kit, worked with me on initial shipping issues, and have always had the best prices.

Over the years i've order a ton of parts from filastruder for my Railcore printer. Shipping has always been very fast and reasonably priced. Any time I've needed to interact and contact support even when it was more of a warranty issue with an E3D I felt very well taken care of by the company.

Reliable source for 3d printing parts and a small business run by people invested in the 3d printing community. I've been buying from Tim for probably 5 years now and it's my first stop shop. Prompt service and really fast and reasonably priced shipping.

I'm a long time customer and keep coming back. Very fast shipping. Has always been same day (literally within minutes) of placing my order. Always genuine quality products at great prices. They even drop in personal Thank You cards in the packages. I have only had top notch experiences with Filastruder, as have everyone I know who has bought from them. I recommend them to everyone, and will keep using them myself. There are some negative reviews here that are certainly the very rare exceptions. Filastruder is the best!

Every 3D printer I own has been imprinted with the thoughtful support of Filastruder. They are the opposite of the Big Box stores. If you need something special, they'll order it for you. If you make a mistake, they'll help you make it right! Filastruder is wonderfully supportive of small time makers and machine designers, and the world is better with them in it!

The Filastruder team is hands down one of the best retailors for 3d printer parts and related CNC type machines. If you ever have a question, they are quick to answer and share in their many years of experience and get you pointed in the right direction. All my 3d printer builds and parts come from Filastruder, and I've never had even remotely a bad experience with the team or any shipment, 10/10.

It has been 3 business days since the order and no tracking or update, so we emailed for an update. Here's their rude reply:

Receipt is in the email you just replied to. Tracking comes once it ships, as was/is stated at the top of the website, lead time is 2-3 business days.

I ordered 2 nozzles with a total cost of $119.98 with free shipping. I was shipped one nozzle and given a refund for the missing nozzle. I was not given the choice to cancel my order or wait for the second nozzle that was in stock less than 1 week later. I need 2 of these nozzles to be able to complete my project. I asked for the second to be shipped at list list price and have the order fulfilled per my first order which would have been 2 nozzles at the total cost of $119.98. My original transaction shows this amount and 2 nozzles with free shipping. I was told no as one nozzle does not meet the minimum of $100 for free shipping. The should not have sent me an incomplete order unless I agreed to it. They emailed me after the order was shipped so I had no choice in this matter. Tim has not provided good customer service from the company. I have disputed the transaction with Paypal and I am waiting for a response. I have all emails showing I tried to resolve this with kind and I received no help. I will be reviewing this company in every online portal that allows it. Good luck if you choose to deal with them. I will edit this review if Tim from Filastruder wishes to honor the original order price for the 2 nozzles as ordered.

Having been a customer in multiple capacities over the last 5 years I can say with confidence that Tim and team are some of the most dependable in this space. They are passionate supporters of the open-source world, to boot!

Open box items, with visible damage on most of them. Arrogant customer service. There are several other vendors for these exact items, at the same price point, who are more professional. Use them instead and save yourself the pain.

I have an aging Prusa MK2 and bought parts from Filastruder back in 2019 and again now in 2023. There is no phone number listed on the website, but Tim responded to my many questions about various parts I needed quickly. In fact, I ended up sending 14 emails to him to figure out details of the new revo hotend to retrofit in my Prusa. Questions all answered promptly, and package shipped the following day. I've never had a bad experience with this company and would recommend.

Bought a DUet 2 wifi board that had some bad connections on the wifi module. When I contacted them about getting an exchange I was told I had to post my issue on the Duet forum. After a day of waiting for someone else to solve their problem I was told to be patient. I had one of my techs fix the board for me and now it works great. To bad Filastuder didn't want to deal with my issue like a creditable company would. I also wonder how a forum was going to fix the solder connections on my brand new board that needed repaired out of the box.
Be ware when dealing with Tim.

Nothing but the best from filastruder. Have made multiple orders over the years. Returns, no questions asked, were easy.

Stubborn, unclear customer service... theres no phone number to actually speak to someone and any decent company will list/give a phone number... buy else where!

The filastruder is a bunch of off the shelf parts that sloppily fit together along with some wooden parts. It is difficult to tune in, let alone to produce accurate filament.

However they do answer emails and give advises.
