Scammers! Hideous quality. Nothing like the images. Had to fight to get return details which is a residential address in China. Turns out no such address. Cost to ship back to China was £30.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered two items a few days apart. The quality of both items when they arrived (after 2 weeks!) was cheap. The second item was the wrong colour and customer service are very slow to respond and refused refund of both items. The first item didn’t fit and they said that does not fit within there reasons to refund and sizes vary!?! The second item being the wrong colour they also refused a return and offered me 25% refund. Needless to say this I did not accept as I hadn’t even tried the outfit on! Currently in the process of credit card charge back. When the company does offer a return be warned it’s not free and it’s to china so not cheap. I imagine they will also claim they didn’t receive it based on their customer service!
I really would avoid! It feels like a scam!
Terrible quality and force you to return to china.
The goods were shipped from China so took 4 weeks. When the dresses arrived they were nothing like the pictures on the website, poor quality materials and the colours were less vibrant. Disappointed with the garments I contacted the company to arrange a return to which they said I had to pay for the shipping back to china to get a refund. As per the Consumer Rights Act and their own Returns policy this was a breach but when I try to explain this to the agent they keep telling me they are not responsible (I'm not even sure if the agent is real or a Bot) this has now gone on for over 3weeks with them completely disregarding laws and policy that protect the consumer.
I have lodged a dispute with my credit card company and have reported them to Trading Standards.
They’re not based in the UK. Everything ships from China, and delivery is taking longer than expected. If you want to return anything, you have to pay for postage to send it back to China as well. A complete waste of time! AVOID AT ALL COST
They’re not UK based or if they are they are ordering items from China. I received a completely different item than what I ordered which took 20 days to arrive. It’s not the same and not described as the same, just some cheap tat from AliExpress and then charged me twice the price. The image they used to advertise I later realised was a Victoria beckham trench. It’s completely different. I’ve contacted the company several times and reported them to trading standards for scamming customers. They have received the coat back several days ago and have read all my messenger messages but haven’t refunded me. I will have to rely on my bank to process a chargeback. Do not buy from them…
