I got a pair of custom tees from FFLTEES. Customer service was terrific, as they offered me a new fabric (wool) not available in their shop at the time of ordering.

Tees fit well and quality is really good. Under-rated shop, should be much better known IMHO. Would recommend to others looking for good garments made in EU.

I've been trying to find the perfect T-shirt for years. The closest was Sunspel, but they changed the cut and were charging £80 for a T-shirt. With FFLTees I got a better fitting, made to measure T-shirt for less than half the price. You can't go wrong; I'll be buying all of my T-shirts from them in future

I have not received my tee shirts. How long does it take you to make 2 tee shirts?

Bad fit. They literally made a t shirt tigheter than anything I have ever worn

It took much longer to get my product than what I thought but customer service answered relatively fast and product was actually good.

I love my custom fitted t-shirt. Everything about the experience was perfect, I am going to order again.

Update: FFLTees has replied here to clarify the situation, which I appreciate! I don't believe I received a reply, but possibly I missed a reply from FFLTees due to my spam folder. I am happy to give the benefit of the doubt. I was very worried given the expense when I did not heard back from FFLTees, however, the results I received in the mail are the proper size, and I love them. I would urge FFLtees to please create some tool to allow customers to change their order online to avoid this type of issue. Of course the initial mistake in the size is my fault. I will happily order from this company again!

Original review: Failed to respond to any of my contact requests despite contacting the company multiple times through the contact form on the website AND trying to contact through multiple social media sites.

Made an order about a month ago, sent emails to ask for updates and haven't had any reply. I paid €44 for a t-shirt that never arrived. I'm going to start the dispute with the bank. I'd say do not buy here

The ordering process was easy. Delivery right to my mailbox. They look and feel great. And the fit is perfect.

I had a great first experience but the second time I ordered the sizes didn't come out like the first time. Felt like I spent a lot of money on bespoke t-shirts that didn't fit well.
Also took over a month to receive my order and customer service was very slow to respond with useful information.

I waited 3 weeks for my made to measure t-shirt and I have no issues with that - it's the delay stated by the company. The box finally arrived (no information of the shipping was given to me, got me by surprise) and I opened it, the presentation was very good.

There was a card with the signature of the employee who made (or at least dispatched) it, the t-shirt and a few samples of other available fabrics. The t-shirt was made from 100% organic cotton and is of good quality, the finishing is very good and the fabric has decent weight and a nice feel to it. I was very happy looking at it.

I tried it on and immediately I knew something was off. It wears like a size or two above mine, not fitting better than any other random t-shirt off the rack. I took off the shirt and started to measure everything, making sure I haven't done any mistake. In no time I realised that most of the measures were off, mostly by 1cm (I don't care about that) but the chest width had +2cm, the waist width +3cm and the armhole depth +5cm.

I contacted them right away (they don't offer telephone number and there's no address on the website) using the contact form. The company responded pretty rapidly but dismissively. They said it was very unlikely because they had stringent quality control but ended up by asking me pictures. I sent them the pictures with the measuring tape on top as they requested and got silence from them. I waited 7 days for a reply and sent another email enquiring about the situation. No reply from them.

I can't say it's a total fraud because at least I got an oversized and badly cut t-shirt but they are useless as a made to measure t-shirt company and they don't have any business ethics or care for the costumers, otherwise they would have honoured the mistake or at least give me an answer.
