Can't comment on my purchase as I'm away with work and not seen it yet. That being said, I sent emails regarding my purchase and got prompt replies and delivery was quick and it looks well packaged.

Wasted My Time and cost me Unnecessary Return Postage Costs
I emailed Fat Skeleton before purchasing, asking whether the shell size of the 2XL helmet would be the same as the XL helmet I had bought in the past, I was assured that they were the same! I purchased the helmet only to find the 2XL was considerably bigger than the XL ! I had to return the helmet as I do not want to ride with a MUSHROOM HEAD ! I had to pay the return postage! Fat Skeleton did not refund me for 18 days ! What a WASTE OF TIME ! Just tell customers the truth to begin with?

Always great service and products at reasonable prices
I recently bought a mystery box of past event t-shirts. I was not disappointed. There were 4 t-shirts of various events and colours. The service and delivery time was excellent as always. I have bought a number of different products in recent years and will no doubt buy more in the future. Great products at great prices with excellent service and communication.

The product I purchased ( Simpson venom helmet) is ace!
Great fit and looks the dogs!
Unfortunately the delivery was poor, it was delayed 9 times, despite numerous texts and emails saying it was due for delivery. It arrived around 10 days later than it should have been.
