Absolutely first class customer service - as always. A pleasure to do business with!

Ordered some custom stickers, the artwork I submitted wasn’t quite right so they promptly got in touch to help out. Resubmitted and the stickers arrived today, fantastic quality and will use again.

Called to speak to a human ( after speaking to Laura last week - also very helpful) before putting through a complex order online for my new roll-on perfume range; the level of customer service I got from Joel, was absolutely amazing!
He helped me with choosing the right finish all the way through to the purchase..
With this level of care and attention, I have no doubt the end product will look fabulous!
Thanks again Joel!

Very good and fast customer service. I noticed I had made a mistake sending the picture that was to be printed, a day after it was placed, and they helped me quickly to stop the printing and start a new order. Thanks

Very easy to order the product, web site very efficient

Bethan was absolutely super. Such a quick response time and was able to answer my queries.

Easy to order , quick and easy

I ordered from Fast Print because I’m starting my business. Customer support was great in helping me with my settings. My stickers got caught in the rain on the way to me, no one’s faults. Lawrence was immediately helpful and quick to send me replacements, which arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my product and the service. Looking forward to working with the team again.

I’ve ordered a few times now from this business and have dealt with Bethan a few times on the phone and by email. So far I’m really pleased with my labels and the customer service, especially from Bethan who has been professional, friendly, supportive , and had quickly dealt with my queries. I really appreciate the fast and helpful support. Thank you

I had attached the wrong image for some stickers, so I called up to cancel the order. Georgia was very friendly and stayed on the phone with me whilst I edited and sent through the correct artwork. Impeccable customer service and will definitely be using again.

4 stars instead of 5 because my items are coming as 2 separate packages across two consecutive days instead of as one package.
But they gave me almost ten times the amount of stickers I asked for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So that makes up for it A LOT.

Very helpful with enquiries and prompt response. Spoke to Bethan on the phone who was extremely helpful and efficient.

Georgia Rocks!

Thanks guys for pulling awesomeness out of the bag AGAIN!

Highly recommended

Steve

Just received my 1st order so back to place a 2nd. Great quality, reasonable pricing, fast delivery.
Imagine the website bugs are costing them a lot of lost sales tho.

Absolutely brilliant service, nothing is too much trouble Bethan and Georgia have helped us through every step advising us about the process. and what to do. The print quality has been fabulous and delivery of our labels has been super fast. Highly recommend.

Georgia was really helpful and answered any questions I had! Really fantastic product too and superfast delivery!

I have a good working relationship with the staff of FP,
and everyone I talk to I get the same politenes, helpfulnes and I have to give them a 5Star.

Brilliant service. Realised my design was RGB when it should have been CMYK. I messaged them and Ashley in customer services took the trouble to call me to discuss. They were able to convert the file for me. I wanted to check the proof which they said was no problem. Their checking system is very user friendly. The proof needed a minor adjustment and I was easily able to provide feedback and FastPrint resolved it swiftly. The stickers arrived on the day I was expecting them and they looked great.

After an initial snag with automated adjustment of the artwork, the Customer Support team recovered the situation very well, even liaising with production to overcome the 1-day delay that arose as a result of needing to readjust the artwork. Overall, a good quality product delivered on time.
