Please don’t use this company, the fairings are badly damaged and are almost impossible to line up and fit

Do not use this company I have sent 3 emails and had some responses to a woman called Anna, now there getting blanked and does not seem to be replying to me. IF ANYBODY HERE WANTS TO MAKE A JOIN CLAIM AGAINST THIS COMPANY PLEASE CONTACT ME ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL BE HOLDING THIS COMPANY RESPONSIBLE.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I Ordered a whole 1998 r1 4xv fairing on the 13th of April when buying they do let you know roughly 4 weeks but after that time I still hadn’t heard anything so I had to chase them up. Due to rebuilding after an accident I finally got around to try putting the fairing on yesterday to be immediately be frustrated, angry and disappointed with the product. First thing was the four screws connecting the head light into the nose cone you could only line three up. Then the air deflectors that go on the inside of the side panels have four screws you could only line two up. You’d need to drill the other which would effect the structure of the part. The plastics is very thin and brittle in certain spots so while tightening the screws it’s snapped the plastic and nut off. Paint also very thin and chips easy in certain areas The side panels don’t line up with the nose cone your having to force them which if I did I feel they are gonna snap. There’s going to be more issues but you can’t even fit it together to find them it’s that poor. Iv tried contacting them with no response as of yet. Iv also in the process of trying to get my card company to get involved with trying to secure a refund as from reading other reviews I believe they will expect me to pay the £100 odd to ship it back to China! I paid £428 which I believe I would be getting a decent product. This product isn’t up to purpose! If you love bikes as much as me please do not waste your time on anything from them!

Absolutely rubbish service 90% of fairings arrived damaged cracked parts missing painted over broken parts didn't line up had a right issue trying to get a refund its all cheap china rubbish they are expecting me to pay £100 shipping back to China at my cost's to receive a refund for a load of crap! I would recommend staying away from this company as its not based in the uk its fraudulent claiming to be a uk company yet based in China I'm reporting them

Poor quality, high price and poor advertising of products.

I was hesitant at first but when i received my fairings (2011 cbr1000rr) i was absolutely blown away with the quality of them , far exceeded my expectations, mint quality and all in ABS plastic (not that cheap and nasty stuff) , paint work fantastic no runs .and it came with all the cover pieces and plastics , will definitely recommend

Amazing panels, they fit perfectly on my GSXR1000 (2013).
I took around 20 Days to be delivered as I was told by the logistics team and couldn’t be happier…

Some of the most expensive, worst fitting, overpriced, soft as cheese, Chinese fairings you can buy. I trusted this brand due to the pricing, thought they were going to be well made. How wrong I was, awful fit, weak, rubbish. Go elsewhere or buy actual cheap Chinese fairings do you don’t get ripped off.

This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The fairings from Fast Fairings have terrible fitment—nothing lines up properly, mounting points are off, and you end up fighting every single panel just to make it work. What should’ve been a straightforward install turned into a frustrating, time-consuming mess.

For what I paid (close to $1,000), the quality is honestly unacceptable. These feel cheap and poorly made, and clearly weren’t designed with proper fitment in mind.

Customer service made it even worse. After explaining all the issues and the extra time and effort I had to put in, they offered me $80 as compensation—which is basically a slap in the face considering the cost and problems.

At this point, it feels like once they have your money, they don’t care. I would strongly recommend staying away and buying from a more reputable company. Not worth the hassle, not worth the money.

Enforced taking of your data. no guest checkout options. this is very poor as registering account will put you in agreements etc.

glad i checked here also as their reviews concern me about coming from china etc when it is a .co.uk website. screams scam to me now.

AVOID ,AVOID ,AVOID . Better get yourself from AliExpress or alibaba rather than them . I have to pay for customs to be able to get the parcel delivered £23, they sent wrong parts , I asked to send label to return and get refunded, after days of emails after emails they just sent the details from china , I’ve paid £68 to get the parcel sent back to china , of course again no refund, my money . After I month still haven’t received my refund £628 I paid for fairings and express delivery Wich I’ve received after over 2 months. If you check your bank statement the account where money goes is a company for wedding arrangements and stuff . AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Before I begin, I have fitted multiple fairing kits from other companies no problem, thought I’d give FastFairings a go… what a mistake, where to begin? Shipping took almost 2 months, I was told 4 weeks. When the fairings finally arrived they were of the lowest possible quality ever, I had panels that didn’t have pre drilled holes, I had multiple panels that were just straight up unusable, didn’t fit on the bike whatsoever, I had to adjust almost every pre drilled hole with my own drill, the tabs to screw parts together aren’t moulded with the fairing… they are little cut offs of PVC pipe that have been crudely epoxied on, meaning that the angles for most of them are way out of line and they snap under the smaller bit of pressure which is required to even tighten a screw into it. The quality of the gloss panels are shocking, they look like they were done with a rattle can, orange peel everywhere, any cut outs, for lights etc look like they are done with scissors by a 12 year old child and to make it worse they do the cut outs after the panels been painted so you have white borders all around the cut outs and do you know what, if the cut outs fit snug the white borders would be fine but they don’t… like 1cm to the left level of not fitting. I wish I could attach pictures because this is genuinely a violation of the consumer rights act. I wrote of fast fairings with pictures of all of these issues, they offered me £60 compensation… for a £500 faring kit which is literally unusable, I told them that was not happening and they said I can return it back to Beijing where it was made at my own expense for a refund on the kit. So I repeat, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

This company is a shambles, save yourself the hassle!

Generally the parts look okay, I've not put them on the bike yet as 1 of the 2 shipped boxes arrived very late and parts inside that box were damaged beyond repair. I did pay for expeditied shipping but didnt get value for money there. Communication was initially good until the issues occurred, then emails became less frequent, and now radio silence, without resolution or refund.
From a parts POV, probably good value, but the risk of 3nding up with unresolved issues is too high. Avoid this company.

Some of the thinner plastic arrived snapped.
Paint quality reasonable however parts that were not painted had to be discarded as the poor quality mould was showing a lot of imperfections.
Panel tags do not line up and some tags are missing
Once all the useable panels were fitted there was large gaps left which I am not sure how to remedy.

Good looking fairing kit good price that's where the positives end .It didn't fit the bike nothing lined up not even the screen ,it arrived damaged I got a full refund,but then I felt I was pressured into changing the review .

Shipping took some time, though; this was to be expected as the fairings come from China. The fitment was okay, considering it was aftermarket. The quality was fine; however, there were rectangular moulding marks around the mirrors that were very visible. I contacted them for a solution, and they could offer me 10% off my next purchase... Considering the moulding issue, I wouldn't buy from them again, so a discount is pointless.

Excellent communication and customer service, fairings much better than I expected for the price!

Ordered it 01/9/2025 got it 01/10/2025 so no problem for the delivery. The paint looked good and the fitting was alright but sometimes a little off but it worked. The quality was also quitte good.

Ordered a few weeks back some fairings for my honda cbr125r. I was was told 2 weeks but it took nearly 5. I was offered a refund for shipping but never received it.
When the fairings arrived they were all scratched and very dirty/ muddy. The fairings are good quality but it looks like they have been dragged across the floor.

Orderd 24.05 and recieved 27.06 fairly fast delivery. Got anxious when I orderd without checking reviews or the site at all, thought i got scammed but hey... they arrived.

The fitting was not the best, cheaply made, brittle plastic, broke a tank cover piece when installing cause it wasent a perfect fit. Was also missing a couple of screws, paint was aaight, not painted on inside.

But all in all im just happy i didnt get scammed, bike looks nice.

Would give 5/5 if the fitting was abit better and the screws.
