Compré un LG G4 el año pasado y al cabo de tres mesos se quedó colgado (No arrancaba).
Fui a ver varios tecnicos en telefonia y todos coincidian en que el problema era del procesador.
Me puse en contacto con fastcardtech y les comuniqué el problema de mi telefono. Visto que en principio tenia un año de garantia, me propusieron enviarlo a origen para que ellos a su vez lo mandasen a fàbrica.
Total... pagué el telefono nuevo + 50€ en tecnicos de aquí + 30€ de enviarlo a origen.
Resultado....ni me han devuelto el dinero por valor del telefono, ni me han devuelto el telefono, NI ME HAN CONTESTADO MAS A MIS EMAILS.
Mandé una carta de queja a la càmara de comercio de SHENZHEN y ellos tampoco me han contestado......
ES TODO MADE in CHINA......ahora entiendo que la frase "te han engañado como a un chino" deberian cambiarla por " vigila que será un chino el que te engañe"

can not believe this lot are still conning people out of money, got a phone or should i say a brick from these five years ago and it was faulty.
i sent it back with tracking number and they refused to refund even though it had been signed for. paypal refused to even get involved.
as for the phone it was a cheap light whight not fit for purpose pile of crap,
stay well away from these con artists

Comprei dois telemoveis da fast card tech , os dois com os tracking codes corretos e veio o que eu encomendei.

Aspetos positivos : tem paypal (primeiro telemovel que comprei ainda nao tinha , mas mesmo assim depositei alguma confianca no tracking code que me forneceram) , sempre dispostos a esclarecer alguma questao .

O ultimo telemovel que mandei vir foi um xiaomi mi4 e ja tem 2 anos.

ordine fatto il 20 ottobre,iphone 5s, e ancora risulta non spedito,provato a chiedere un perche e ancora fermo,mandato 5 email nessuna risposta... prima e ultima volta che compro all Fastcardtech..
che schivo.provero a chiedere il rimborso,speriamo bene......

I bought a total of 4 smartphones on the website. .. I will not tell you that everything was good nor bad,but on my last order and there will be never again. It was the Xiaomi Redmi Pro.. I experienced a real unpleasant scam... In the list of additional items i selected an additional battery for $20 and also bought the insurance for in case of paying customs clearance, they will send money back. All this was just scams.. When claiming the clearance amount they reply, and tell me that claims should be done well before confirmation of order.. I wonder how.,?? Then for the battery it was not in the package, and ask for reasons so they tell me that my phone have built-in battery so they were not able to send the battery.. So they told me that money will be sent back. It's/almost one year and i stopped waiting..

zeer slecht, reageren niet als je een probleem of vraag hebt, alleen als je iets wilt kopen reageren ze, zeer slechte zaak!!!!!!

Titubante nel leggere le recensioni ho comunque deciso di acquistare da fastcardtech prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti circa 45gg lavorativi ( spedizione standard) ben imballato, unica cosa bisogna seguire il pacco su track17 per poter indicare quale vettore utilizzare una volta che il pacco raggiunge l'Europa

Yes they are cheap but ask yourself why!
Every phone is replica or refurbish+ often you receive phone who is broken from the start(out of the box).
Not mentioning their guarantee on cell mobile phones(which is joke)!
Before you buy anything from them just read how there warranty works and you gone have idea what kind of people you are dealing!
If you did not paid them with paypal they would not return you your money for sure!
Even when you pay them with paypal and paypal decide that they need to return money to you and of course you need to return mobile phone to them even after they receive that phone from you they will pretend like they did not receive that phone!!!
So if you already have done mistake just as me and many other people and bought something from them you need to know eventually you gone have problem with your device and you would like to get your money back so I hope that you paid them with paypal and my advice is to send that item back to them with tracking number and keep receipt of same one or you gone stay without that item and your money! It is shame that people like them can run that kind of business without any kind of repercussions!!!

Купил телефон пол года назад. Телефон пришел за 40 дней. Когда получил телефон то заметил что коробка не запечатана как это бывает в новых телефонах. А сам телефон был без заводских трансплртировочных пленок на дисплее и задней панели. Недавно менял экран в сервис центре. Телефон был не новый а восстановленый. Подумайте несколько раз прежде чем платить за восстановленый телефон как за новый

comprei um telemóvel que avariou. devolvi para reparação. Paguei portes para o reenviarem para mim. Chegou 10 meses depois, mas bloqueado. pedi pass de desbloqueio. até hoje nem resposta. lixo, é o caminho do telemóvel, como lixo é o site.

Envía teléfono reparado como nuevo. Además no funciona. Se devuelve al vendedor y además no devuelve el dinero. ESTAFADORES EN TODA REGLA!!!!

Im from greece. And i recieved in 1 1/2 weeks my new mi6 phone. I have bought from this site many times but always the did something wrong. This time everything was perfect. If someone need to access to their site because now is down use from android 4.4 the explorer. Not from pc or new phone.

please everyone, don't ever think about buying anything from this scammer. the good rating given are probably just for cover they hiding their wrong doing. you can't access their website anymore once you made any claim or complaints. lost some money to this scammer.

Comprei un Chuwi Lapbook 15.4, a prezo de escándalo e pasados 6 meses deixou de funcionar o cargador. Seguramente por maltrato da persoa a quen llo regalei...Fastcardtech mandoume sen custo un novo cargador en 48h desde a solicitude. A Galiza tardou 20 días de tránsito, o normal. Un 10 para Fastcardtech. O próximo Lapbook Air seguramente acabe como o meu portátil de tralla.
Ó final era o portátil que estaba mal, e acabou queimandose a placa.
A compañía desapareceu claro...

Placed my order last week, now I can't even go on to their website anymore. It says "undergoing maintenance" for the past week or so. No confirmation of my order or anything. Sent number of emails but no response. Thank God paid with PayPal. I'm really worried now.

They are cheaters! I received really defective phone. All phones are without garanties! I waste my money. (170$)
