MY mom and I placed one very large order (about $300 worth) and was very pleased with everything except one dress. The dress wasn't the quality we expected, but the seven tops we ordered were great! I would say the dresses might be hit and miss as the other dress my mom ordered was beautiful as was the one I ordered but the other was not good. But if shopping for tops, I believe this is a great source.

I have placed an order for a dress. They have send me wrong dress - completely wrong color, not the one I have chosen. I have contacted customer service and they refused to do anything at all - refused to issue any refund, refused to accept return. Disgusting customer service level.
Quality of the product itself - very poor, Dollar Store quality. You will not wear any of their items to any special occasion or even work. Now I am stuck with the bill for a dress that will go in the garbage brand new with the tags...

So far so good! The customer support is really good and the products (so far) decent. I am looking forward to explore this site even more!

This is a delightful, upscale online clothes store and has EVERYTHING that an expert woman requires or would want in fashion. There is classy, personal touch and attention to detail in their choice of merchandise that is rare. i purchased a couple of pairs of clothing and the speed of delivery was over whelming. I constantly have a purchasing phobia when am buying a product from a site I have actually never utilized before. I have actually been a victim of purchasing rubbish from a random shop I've gone to. Fashionsure is just one of the finest if not the best because i purchased from them for the first time once again and i was expecting it to be the exact same as others, but to my surprise, i got what i ordered for. Their client service is excellent and i believe they still have to improve on that. Fashionsure fits my style and i extremely recommend them to you.

I would say this site is amazing also. It is the second site I have managed to shop online. The two dresses I ordered from the site were delivered yesterday and are amazing. One for me and another for my daughter. Mine is a little tight on the chest. I will not blame the company because I never took my measurements. I just fitted an old dress an used its sizing as my measurements. Additionally the designer did not know I had big chest. The deviation is not too much anyway and none would notice it at all. My daughter's measurements are exact, we had a local dress designer fix a dress for her a month ago and we used the same measurements for her Dresswe order. The payment was easy and I would say it was fun shopping from you.
