Emailed them 6 times by now, its been 60 days. They keep on saying about changing warehouses, while the message about a 7 days delay is on their site for over a month now.

I emailed the company when I was having problems trying to purchase an item, they kept telling me insufficient funds but I absolutely had the exact amount needed. Their response to my email made me feel stupid. They didn't answer a single question I had and all they did was explain how a transaction works when I know perfectly well how a damn transaction works. So considering all of the facts I believe they were trying to scam me out of more money than I was supposed to pay and that's why it said "insufficient funds". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they have horrible customer service, they ship damaged and broken items to customers and they have told customers that "we do not ship anything in collectors quality" that it may be new but its not their fault that the customer received broken items or faulty items. AS A COMPANY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SHIP ITEMS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.

Fangamer have been amazing to buy from.all items came in good time.

All items were in good nick except the stardew valley gamer manual which had a blemish under the dust jacket. They got back to me and offered another replacement without having to send the blemished copy back.

Ordered a set of Hollow Knight figurines. At first everything was fine and order was shipped (or it looked like it). Than, in the middle of delivery tracker stopped showing any updates. It's been half of month, I've tried to contact both Fangamer and delivery service (DHL). No answer so far. Their support is either lazy of is simply absent.

For now it looks like a scam from Fangamer.

Poor communication takes 3 days for an answer that is not helpful. Took 14 days just to ship an item I bought as a gift. I wonder how much longer. Try and support a small guy, Never again.

I ordered a dancing flowey plush and when I got it it was very much worth the price because it was high quality and was way taller than I originally thought so I would recommend getting your official stuff from this site.

The item arrived damaged and they have yet to answer my emails even though on their website they claim to replace damaged website. absolute scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Niko plush from the EU website around two years ago - got it quite quickly (the next week I believe?), and it still looks brand new. The quality justifies the price. Would recommend!

Don't ever order from the site.I ordered a Christmas gift for a child in my family. Ordering a medium, and instead, they sent me a small. when I emailed them and told them about it, they ignored me, I emailed them a few more times and they're continuing to ignore me all they have to do is send me a paid label and send me the right size and they refuse to do it. This is not a good site to order from they do not listen to customers or fulfill their orders correctly and they don't do it within a sufficient amount of time either. Pretty sure this is a bogus site.

I was afraid after reading all those reviews but I tried it nevertheless. Received all items before estimated delivery time. Was I just lucky with their service? I don't know, I didn't have to contact customer service.

I'm from Lithuania and have ordered multiple stuff from the undertale, deltarune and hollow knight sections. (6 products from 2022-2025 Dec) regarding shipping - 0complaints, quite fast actually. Trusted site, can say for certain not a scam!! My only complaints would be:
1:-that some items are region locked, for example the Big shot glass is not available in EU. So I bought it thru the US site. (I'm from EU)
2:- the price on all things is expensive. But overall good if you have the money

Soy de Jaén, pago a Fangamer dos artículos valorados en 55€, 10€ de impuestos, y 31€ de gastos de envío express para entregármelo en una fecha concreta. En total unos 96€.

El paquete llega a España por aduana todo ok, todo dentro de plazo, pero llega a la sede de Fedex de Atarfe un pueblo de Granada, a 40 min de Jaén, y a dos días de cumplir el plazo no me lo envían, hasta pasados dos días después.

No me llaman, es imposible contactarlos, la atención al cliente es un número de teléfono de tarificación especial, atendido por un bot de IA, que no te soluciona nada.

La peor experiencia de mi vida comprando por internet, sin información, Fedex horrible, pero Fangamer no es menos horrible, pues se lavan las manos, aunque pagues el servicio express mas caro que te ofrezcan ellos indican que no se hacen responsables de la fecha exacta de entrega, un robo.

Deuxième commande passée en un mois. Les deux commandes sont arrivées approximativement en deux semaines (de la commande en elle-même à la réception). J'ai vu pas mal de commentaires négatifs donc je n'ai pas commandé sereinement mais les deux fois, tout s'est déroulé comme prévu, le conditionnement était bon, les objets sont soignés. Je tiens à dire que j'habite en Province et malgré tout, pas de souci à la livraison et qu'également j'ai commandé sur le site américain et non européen. Merci à Fangamer !

Nul, commande passée le 5 décembre. Expédié le 18 décembre, cherchez l'erreur. Aucune information je ne sais pas où est le colis. Il est en route. Je suppose qu'un jour il arrivera. Pas pour Noël 2025, peut-être 2026. Plus jamais je ne commanderai sur ce site.

Cancelled multiple orders of mine because they said I was reselling on ebay/amazon, etc. Like, who cares? Literally there is no dominion over your product nor is it any of it your business after its purchased. And NOWHERE on the site does it even remotely mention this and they threatened to ban me on their site if I made anymore orders suspicious of resell. Bunch of losers making up the rules as they go.

Terrible experience. They took my money, do not respond to emails, and never sent my order.

Not a scam company amazing plushies:D. I’ve gotten Broken vessel ,Ghost, Hornet and Grub plushies so far and they’re are like children to me.

Extremely disapointed. I live in England and ordered a hoodie and some badge pins from this company I I recieved the hoodie but not the badge pins !! I contacted them via email with delivery information and have recieved no replys therefore losing £20 to them . I don't recomend this company

Do not believe comments claiming that this site is a scam! 1st order sent approximately 1 week after being placed, but it only took 10 days to reach final destination (therefore exactly 2 weeks from the US to France !). Thank you Fangamer (my second order is already placed ;))
