Heartfelt Purchase Overshadowed by Poor Communication
I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this company because the memorial T-shirts I ordered were very meaningful to my family and friends. I placed an order for four shirts, and while the design concept was appreciated, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.
I need to exchange two shirts due to sizing issues, yet I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I have sent numerous emails, mailed a written letter, and even attempted to contact the company through Facebook. There is no customer service phone number available, and despite multiple efforts, I have received no meaningful response.
Memorial items are deeply personal and often tied to important family moments and celebrations of life. Companies handling these types of products should understand the importance of being responsive and accessible to their customers after purchase.
At this point, my biggest concern is not even the shirts themselves, but the complete lack of communication and customer support. I hope this company improves its operations and provides customers with a reliable way to resolve issues such as exchanges and order concerns.
