Shocking!!!
Items not received but now paid for, customer services are non existent,
I live Debenhams sale but I'm FINISHED WITH DEBENHAMS!!!

After being sent a dress that was the wrong size trying to return it was a nightmare.
After about five emails I finally got a reply..After a lot more emails im stuck with an item that I cant return. Will never shop with debenhams again.

Ordered some perfume, that the delivery company misplaced. Customer services said it had been delivered to a shop that I'd redirected it to and then ended the chat before it was resolved. My parcel isn't at the shop and Debenhams haven't answered any of my other messages. I raised this with Resolver as a complaint and they haven't received a reply and now I'm on my own again, with no purchase or refund. Absolutely disgusting from such a large company. I will never shop online with them again!! I am still going to try find a way to get my money back.

Terrible customer service! I've given one star but this company doesn't deserve that. I was charged £3.99 for delivery, item over £50 so should have been free and then another £4.49 for "protection fee" which I did not authorise. Despite numerous emails which are replied to by bots stating they will not refund this amount. What a scam. I even emailed the CEO Daniel Finley but did not even get the courtesy of a reply. Debenhams used to have a good repution but now it is just a online marketplace seller, such a shame that the CEO has let the reputation of this once good company become completely tarnished. Will never buy from Debenams again.

Avoid! Zero customer services. Wished I had read the reviews before placing an order. Placed an order, no delivery, no customer services and no refund .
How is the company still operating?

Debenhams is a very bad company & difficult to return avoid shopping in Debenhams no phone no no customer service nothing useless company I’m very disappointed

Truly awful customer service. I bought shoes in the sale. Nothing arrived then with no notification they issue a partial refund no p&p refund. Unable to speak to anyone to get a resolution just and awful AI chatbot running the site responses and Facebook messenger. With be raising dispute with my credit card company. I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars! I’ll never shop with them again! Feels like a scam!

The order placed with Debenhams on 19 Dec 2025 is still unelivered.Various e mails sent to customer services no constructive help. Still no order but the money came out of my bank account on Dec 20 very efficient .
Now its 22 Jan need I say more.

Avoid Debenhams online ordering, I had some perfume that was due to be delivered on 30th December but never received it.
Raised it via email and was asked to give it until 10th January to arrive but it never came and now my emails are being ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

HORRENDOUS customer service, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I have received no refund despite returning the product and I have had no response from them, I’ve sent over 15 emails and had the most awful customer service!

I want to return an item, I’ve emailed several times the email address given for the return. Have not received a reply!
Will never use Debenhams again! Poor service and ignore the 14 day return rules.

I returned an item since 19th of December with a QR code from Evri and I've not received a return or able to talk to anyone. It's terrible customer service.

What once was a good company is now the worst and they really need to close their online store immediately, forever.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes just before Christmas and promptly returned them. It looks very much like Evri 'lost' my returns and now I've a fight on my hands to get my money back. You cant speak to anyone at Debenhams, there is just a FB chat where you speak to a bot.

I ordered a further item which I need to return but actually I darent in case I lose more money.

The response from Debenhams has been shocking. I actually got a FB reply saying the refund period has been exceeded today which is the 11th January. I only placed my order on the 19th December.
It's an absolute disgrace. I will never use again.

Ordered some aftershave for a Christmas present, item was not delivered by evri, but trying to contact Debenhams was impossible customer service was a joke would never order from them again

If i could give minus stars I would. Do not order from this company, they are crooks. There is no customer service, they ignore your messages. An order i made for Christmas never arrived. I have persistently asked to cancel the order and for a refund, they have repetitively ignored me. The order has now not arrived for a month and they will still not refund me. Instead they said as a gesture of goodwill they will give me free express delivery on my next order. Total insult. This company needs investigated for fraud. I am totally disgusted.

Would be zero if I could. Ordered an armchair in the sale. Received email to say refund sent as item no longer in stock. Initially deducted amount of chair plus £25 delivery fee. Have refunded chair but not delivery fee. I have messaged and emailed with no response. Will never order from them again and will make sure friends and family don’t either.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if i could. Ordered 2 items. One didnt show up and 1 i returned. Even with proof of delivery back to them and 100s of emails still have not refunded me for either item. Then they start ignoring you. Appaling service, absolute theives.

Terrible company bought a £75 bottle of perfume for girlfriend but got wrong on so tried to return what a joke 3 weeks later still getting daft emails asking for same info then now saying I can't return it absolute joke of a company please avoid buying from these clowns

Bought a present for Xmas and can not return it because it was a couple days out of the 28days period, great customer service from a. Company of this status they are rubbish!

Ordered 3 chandeliers (2 x 6 light and 1 x 8 light) for the home, only received 2 6 lights ones but no one 8 light chandelier despite making repeated attempts, still had no reply. The company is useless in replying.
