I placed an order and since it included some ampoules SAHPRA sent it back to Fairskin and I communicated with them and DHL, when the order was in transit FHL kept me updated and asked me some information, which Fairskin experts said I must ignore because their agent is dealing with this matter. I've sent email to them and whatsup asking for the update since I was ignoring DHL emails but no one bothered to respond to my email or whatsup and I lost a lot of money from that. Why would you tell me you're handling the matter and then end up ignoring me completely as your customer? Very unprofessional

Throughout the customs review process, we repeatedly advised against submitting documents directly to DHL or customs without coordination, as our customs broker was already handling the case. Unfortunately, additional documents were submitted independently, which created conflicts with the paperwork and representations already provided by our broker to the authorities.
As a result, the customs review became more complicated and prolonged. At this time, the shipment remains under customs control, and we have not received any new updates from customs or DHL beyond the information previously shared with you. The last update we provided was also the latest update provided to us by the carrier and customs authorities.
We understand how frustrating this situation is. However, customs decisions and reviews are handled by government authorities, and once a shipment enters that process, timelines and outcomes are outside the control of both the shipper and the carrier.
