Fairfield are always helpful and quick to answer any of our queries. The telephones are easy to use and we are very happy with them.

Fantastic experience from Fairfield telecom so far, we love the phones, they always answer the phone quickly and are really polite and helpful whenever we need to call for anything.

We have been using Fairfield Telecom for 5+ years. A great Company to deal with and have found all staff and engineers to be extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We recommend Fairfield to all of our tenants, many of whom have taken out Contracts with them and have been very happy. No hesitation on recommending.

The whole experience with Fairfield Telecom was very professional from the initial meeting with the sales representative to the smooth installation from the engineer. Also the people in their office are very helpful, friendly and nothing seems to much to handle with their knowledge and experience which is very rare nowadays. Top job done with top product by a top company………Happy Days !!!!

We were impressed by both of the guys that came to us, firstly the Salesman did not come over as a salesman, very chilled but confident and no pressure at all to make you sign the the engineer who again was patient with us dealing with calls and customers coming in, he calmly worked around us and answered all our silly questions, Impressed.

Simon and Ed have been great with a slightly tricky install. All dealings with Fairfield have been positive and I am confident this will continue. Looking forward to the future.

We have been with Fairfield Telecom for around 6 months and the service has been fantastic. We have had issues with our previous provider and now with Fairfield we finally have a tailored phone system and have crystal clear calls. Wish we had moved from our previous provider years ago. From the installation to any minor issue we have they are very prompt in their responses all for a very competitive monthly cost. Sammy visited our offices (Kent Trade Frames Ltd) back in May 2021, as we were paying too much with BT and were unhappy with the service. Sammy not only promised a better service and a local company, he also saw the requirement for us to have mobile apps, for the engineers out on site and this has been working brilliantly since the installation.

I would recommend Fairfield Telecom highly to anyone who is having issues with their current telecoms supplier. Fairfield have gone above and beyond to ensure we had no downtime whatsoever.

Our company have had a similar experience to a previous review.

We had had no issues with our existing provider but wanted to give a smaller telecom business a chance. We were not looking for a monthly saving but it was clear and obvious to the account manager who visited that we did not want our costs to increase.

On signing a sales order I was left with no paperwork at all to refer to and nearly four months later have only just been sent copies of what I had signed after chasing.

Jon was very helpful as was Simon who installed the equipment.

However then the invoices started to appear.

The full details of the Contract were not explained clearly. I was only given ONE figure on point of sale which seemed en par with our current monthly cost.
However I was not made aware that we would be paying a separate cost to a finance company for the equipment and that on top of this we would have to pay extra for insurance of this equipment. The charges to Fairfield Telecom for the line, service and broadband were separate and are over and above our current costs. Confusingly these two items were signed for on different paperwork on different days.
We also received a facility charge of £150 plus vat which I queried. I was told that this would be refunded. I raised an invoice last December and after a lot of chasing have just had this settled.
Like the last review I received extortionate ETC of around £800. On Fairfield's first visit I queried our existing BT contract but the account manager did not lead me to believe there would be any issue with ETC. When I received the first charges for our line from BT, I was promised that Fairfield would settle them. When I received the second lot for our broadband it was suggested that Fairfield would see what they could do to help us out. Since then I have given Fairfield ample opportunity to fulfill their promise but they are not responding.

My words of advice to anyone who has a call or visit from Fairfield is firstly to check their existing contracts with their existing provider. Fairfield wouldn't have got our business if I had been advised to look into this carefully.
Check very carefully what you are signing up to. Be aware that you will be in a 5 year contract (this also wasn't explained) and ask for a copy of the signed paperwork to be left.
If like us because we haven't contents insurance in place be aware you will be obliged to take out insurance.
Ask for all hidden costs to be disclosed before signing anything.

This has been a very expensive switch for our company.

I certainly do not recommend this company. The Director Matthew is constantly in touch with you when trying to get your business by promising the earth 2k credits etc and then when he's hooked you does not even respond to your emails or calls.

Although the installation went smoothly the aftercare is appalling.

We are still waiting for them to settle our previous account with 4 Com since moving over in September and now have 4 Com's litigation team passing it to their solicitor.

Louisa is trying to help but every time she promises to get the relevant information over to me, it does not come due to Matthew not turning up for meetings.

Wish we had stayed with 4Com.....

I am pleased to be able to update my review, Jon and Simon assessed the problem that we were having and promptly resolved all issues.
They both went above and beyond solving all issues other than my knowledge, lol.

I would like to say many thanks for the installation of the telephone system, Simon and Andrew were punctual, professional and a credit to the installation team.

Not only did they adhere to our company COVID-19 policy, they adhered to social distancing measures in place at eery opportunity.

In addition to the above, they have made an outstanding installation, with no disruption to our office working environment, they have been neat and tidy throughout the installation and were a joy to watch with a hoover!

Both are smashing guys and nothing was too much trouble, please pass on our gratitude to both Simon and Andrew and of course David for his prompt response to our initial enquiry and putting the agreement in place within 24 hours.
