Vor 2 Monaten direkt in China bestellt und via PayPal bezahlt. Der Hermeslink läuft ins Leere - Nun ein PayPal Fall. Geht gar nicht sowas!!!!!! Finger weg.

This company is a scam!!!
I ordered on 2/4/23, received two correspondences in March that they were replenishing stock and I would receive soon, after I complained. Still, to this day 5/10/23, I have not received my product nor anymore correspondences from them. They should be charged with Mail Order Fraud!

This is a scam...I never received anything, I sent several emails with no follow-up. TOTAL SCAM!!

Wow, after reading everyone’s comments I’m even more pissed. Pretty much the same story, ordered 2-2-2023, then I received two emails, Kathleen and Maria stating the same generic out of stock issue. I waited then emailed through their website, got a response from a Geoffrey saying they are about to push out February’s orders. This was 4-6-2023. Also received another email from Maria saying pretty much the same thing. Yet here I am today with you guys upset at this scam of a company. Just like everyone said, don’t fall for it. Time to send up the dispute with my bank. Good luck to everyone else.

I like everyone that would have given 0 stars were duped into purchasing this product , unfortunately the company is a scam artist. I luckily purchased it through PayPal but after emailing the company several times to cancel the order and demand my money back , I filed a claim with PayPal and in a week received my money back

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my clipper a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, Ave no shipping has been provided. Messaged they're customer serviceb twice and no responses. Finally got a refund via a PayPal dispute, but this is absolutely a scam - do not order from them.

I ordered way back in March I ordered the clippers and the attachment do you think I received anything? Hell nooo! I'm furious with this company, especially how they just take your money but they claim to have no product for sale its beyond me. Haircuts have gotten too expensive to be spending 35 a week for a damn haircut I figured I will just buy this stupid clipper that way I can cut it myself but I back fired on me. The $67 dollars they stole from me would had been 2 trips to the barber shop and as much I I would had hated paying for a barber at least I know my money was well spent and earned. They are a scam don't do any business with them. Seriously I don't give 2 damns about their inventory if they didn't have any product then they should've taken people's money period!

Nach Bezahlung keine Ware erhalten, auf E-Mails nicht reagiert, laut Sendungsstatus hat Hermes keine Informationen zur Sendung.

Habe seit der Bestellung nichts mehr von der Firma gehört, die Sendung wurde vor 2 Wochen in China elektronisch angekündigt aber nicht versendet. Auf Rückfragen kommt keine Antwort.
Paypal Klärfall wurde heute eröffnet - unbedingt Abstand nehmen von dieser Website! Habe leider die Bewertungen bei Trustpilot zu spät gesehen und bin auf diese Scam Seite reingefallen.

A zero would better describe this co. My husband ordered 2/4/23 , and still hasn't received his order. They don't respond to emails .they totally suck don't do business with them.

I've been waiting since february and been given the run around...honestly as a barber i wanted to try new products...this type of fade can honestly be achieved by using your taper guards because i've tried it myself...dont waste your time...this company is a lazy scam.

I ordered back in February and have not received my product m. I emailed to check on status several times and they would say that they were in back order. Eventually after waiting for several weeks I finally asked for my refund and they stopped replying.

The company Is still Gladly taking orders but there is no product…the people running this company are a complete scam.

Absolute Scam I ordered my clippers in February and still haven’t received them and had been given the runaround for 3 months now. I don’t even think this product exists they just straight scammers customers took money 💴 and are getting away with it

PLEASE BEWARE---- WARNING!! Sadly, this company sent me a set of blades INSTEAD of the actual Clippers that I ordered! When I contacted them, they attempted to provide me with 20% off to keep the blades. I explained WHY would I need blades with no Clippers!? I've done everything that they've asked me to, sending the product back, taking pictures of the product, which certainly were never used, and included tracking information. After 10 more days, I'm following up and now they're saying I should have sent the pictures and tracking to their CHAT inbox, even though in that same Chat inbox, is where they instructed me to MAIL this information back to their High Point NC location! Tracking shows that I mailed the blades back on 4/12/23 & their High Point location received it on 4/14/23 ---- today is now the 24th and STILL NO REFUND! No matter how good a product is, it is still measured by the customer service you receive. To receive the wrong product and then have to BEG for your money back even after you've returned the product, undamaged & unused is just POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and this just shows that this company is MORE CONCERNED WITH MAKING A DOLLAR THAN TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! (((BEWARE))

Please don’t buy from this company. Purchase black in Feb and still no product or refund. Got play but I believe God will take care that.
