Just wish it was possible to not rate this company, they are definitely scammers!! Purchased a bathrobe from them. Whomsoever it was made for must be a giant! The colour was so insipid it really wasn't possible to say what colour it was supposed to be. Their returns policy is so convoluted it's impossible to return an item, they don't seem to know that when you buy on line the returns system is different to when you buy in store!

I had a problem with this company regarding missing items in my delivery but after some consultation they honoured my order and resent it so all good and the items are of good quality.

Ordered teal eyelet curtains for our very wide patio doors and so pleased that I did. The colour is just what I was looking for and I'm really impressed with the quality. Not to mention the great price and great service. Received promptly. So happy in fact I'm planning to buy another pair but in burnt orange.

I've used factory2u before and definitely recommend them.

Great service, the diverse amount of products this factory provides Is unique and simply the best.
Like the complete bed sheets I ordered that came right on time and with the best quality.
It's perfect and comfortable and the many more supplies this factory has, I have ordered so much stuff from this trustworthy company and I will forever carry on doing so.

This is my second review about this awful awful company
I used one of the bath towels for the first time yesterday
Not only is it the worst towel I have ever owned it is falling apart having been used just once. This whole company and their website is a SCAM
To that end I will be making two phone calls later this morning
One to Trading Standards
The other to Action Fraud
They have messed with the wrong person
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Worse experience I had with this company very poor quality items and not giving given your full refund after returning item.
Stay away from this website

I ordered a large throw from this company but it was way, way TOO large, so I returned it. I received confirmation that my return had been processed and that my money would be refunded but that it "could take up to 10 days" (why?). It has so far not arrived and I am at Day 11. I have advised them that if the money is not received in my account within the next 24 hours, I will be reporting them to the local Trading Standards Authority.

The towels we brought were exactly as we hoped for,, great quality and a great price.
(We'd priced similar items in Dunhelm and they we're £40 each!!)

Ordered bath towels as it said in description bath towels and they not bath towels they hand towels livid. Avoid this company at all costs

They lied on the advert about the towels GSM, the quality is appalling compared to what I expected to receive. They don't answer their phone so can't fix the problem for me. I feel conned, wasted my money and have a box towels that aren't fit for purpose.

Utter rubbish customer service. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere

I tried to contact this company several times about a dressing gown and all I got each time was an answer phone , apparently if you want to return you need to call them , clearly you wouldn’t be able to send anything back if they don’t get back to you , glad I researched first .

I had a good experience with this company, and I would use it again. I checked their score at Trustpilot (after the purchase, clever me) and feared the worst, but no, it was perfect. I panicked because they didn't send email confirmation; instead, I got updates through text messages. I never write reviews, but I decided to share this information if anyone needed it.

I was pleased with the quality of the product -extra long eyelet curtains-; these look better than in their pictures. They should update their online service, thus four stars.

I’m surprised these scammers are still open for business. They are not to be trusted. They take your money and either don’t send the right items or nothing at all. Their customer care is unreachable

I have reported them to the consumer department and I’m told they are under investigation.

Don’t know where to begin with these people. The quality of their products is so bad, yet their prices are so high !!

The duvet I purchased is thin and of cheap quality. It leaks feathers everywhere. I used it for only a few weeks and just had to get it out of the house. The bedroom was like a chicken coop. And I paid £150 for it. But they will not take it back or refund.

Pillows and bed linen also very poor quality . Small rips and bad stitching. Especially their ‘House of Emily Range ‘ is terrible

CUSTOMER CARE : IS NON EXSISTENT. They are the rudest, unhelpful, inefficient people ever encountered, and that’s if you’re lucky to get in touch or receive reply. If you have a problem with any of their products you will be stuck . And forget refunds

Products (towels) are as expected but customer service is non-existing. Can’t go wrong with towels that are mass produced but if you want good customer service or any after sales help, shop elsewhere. Repeat purchases come from good experiences and I won’t be returning, as the determining factor for me is how I’m treated as a customer.

They cancelled my order and said they would pay back what they owe me, they even put the blame on me as they said I had cancelled it,I did no such thing,won’t be bothering with them again

I ordered some bedding from a Factory2u on the Ebay platform. However, they did not arrive, even though the tracking number showed they had been delivered, which they had not. After contacting the sender and stating the situation, they refused to help, and then refused to even answer my messages. Ebay were asked for help, and they insisted that a written letter, on headed paper was required, confirming that the package had not been delivered to me. After exhaustive investigation on my part, via my postman, eventually I was able to approach the sorting office. They confirmed, in writing, on Royal Mail headed paper, that in fact the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address, and backed this up with all their paperwork relating to the tracking, from posting to delivery, showed where and when it was delivered, along with a photograph of the address label showing it had been redirected, by them, to an address which was not mine. This has been sent to Factory2u, but they still refuse to contact me. No refund, no customer service, terrible company, beware.

A great company to deal with quick service and products are exceptional
