Terrible experience
The owner keeps removing every negative feedback claiming that it’s defamation although this is just my honest experience. Google reviews won't support customers negative claims - just the businesses:
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews. I had a brow and lash lift done by Esen for €119, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. To make matters worse, I have received no response whatsoever to my questions and concerns about the outcome.
The lashes 😭:
I noticed that my lashes turned out completely differently on each eye. On the right side, they have very little curl, while on the left they are curled to an extreme. Even worse, only the middle section of the lashes on my left eye is curled so dramatically that the lashes constantly touch and poke my eyelid. They honestly look as though a child had been playing with an eyelash curler and had badly bent them just a few minutes ago. It’s a complete nightmare. They look anything but natural—in fact, I feel ridiculous every time I look in the mirror.
The eyebrows 😭:
For the first two days, my brows actually held their shape quite well (assuming you like the laminated look where they’re completely stuck to your face). But on the third day, for absolutely no reason, that neat brushed-up appearance completely disappeared. Instead, my eyebrows now look wavy, frizzy, and almost burnt. At the same time, they’re stiff enough that I can’t style them back into shape. I naturally had very straight eyebrows, and now I look as though I’d experimented with harsh chemicals on them myself.
What makes this experience even worse is that the owner simply does not respond to any questions about the results. As you can also see from the Google reviews, complaints disappear after two days. For a treatment costing over €120, I find this to be an absolutely and thoroughly disappointing experience—especially when, from day three onwards, you’re left feeling embarrassed about your appearance after paying that kind of money.
