We booked the Trophy Package with F1 Experiences for the 2026 British Grand Prix, including Thursday to Sunday accommodation at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Milton Keynes and coach transfers to and from Silverstone. From start to finish, the entire trip was exceptionally well organised, and I honestly couldn’t fault the team.

We actually arrived on the Wednesday and booked an extra night’s stay so we could make the most of Thursday, as hotel rooms aren’t available until after 3pm on arrival day. A couple of days before travelling, we received our itinerary showing our Thursday coach departure at 4:40pm for the Trophy Experience and F1 Experiences Live event. We wanted to spend the whole day at Silverstone, so I contacted the team. Without any hesitation they arranged for us to travel on an earlier 11:00am coach instead. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

One piece of advice for anyone booking this package: don’t worry too much about the published coach times. Although return departures are scheduled for around 45–60 minutes after the final track action, if you’ve had enough for the day simply head back to the F1 Experiences meeting point. Their staff are everywhere, and as soon as a coach fills up, it leaves. After a full day at the circuit this was brilliant, as we were back at the hotel much earlier instead of waiting another couple of hours. Journey time to Silverstone was around 35 minutes, with the return taking about an hour because several hotels are served.

The Thursday evening F1 Experiences Live event was fantastic. After meeting inside the circuit, we walked to an exclusive hospitality area with a stage, deckchairs, complimentary food and drinks, and displays of both the Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championship trophies, along with the Pirelli Pole Position tyre. Many people rushed straight into the photo queues, but there’s really no need—they’re available all evening. We relaxed with food and drinks while enjoying interviews hosted on stage with Oliver Bearman and Martin Brundle. It was fascinating listening to both of them.

Once the interviews finished, there were virtually no queues for photos before we boarded the open-back lorries for the circuit tour. These run throughout the evening until around 8:30pm, so you can even go round more than once if you wish. Seeing Silverstone from the circuit itself was an unforgettable experience.

The part that impressed me most, however, was the F1 Experiences staff themselves. While waiting at the meeting point, one member of staff noticed I was limping and asked if I was alright. I explained that I was recovering from a torn Achilles tendon and was really struggling after all the walking. Without me even asking, they arranged for an F1 paddock vehicle to collect my family and me, drive us to the event, and then return us close to the circuit exit afterwards. Everyone else walked, but they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I could still enjoy every part of the experience. That level of customer care says everything about the company.

Our package also included three days in Hamilton Straight A Grandstand, which I would highly recommend. Sitting opposite the starting grid meant we could watch the teams preparing the cars, see the drivers getting into their cars before the race, witness all the pre-race atmosphere, and enjoy a fantastic view of the finish line. Our seats lined up almost perfectly with the back of the grid and also gave us an excellent view of the podium celebrations afterwards.

Overall, this was one of the best sporting experiences I’ve ever had. Every member of the F1 Experiences team was friendly, professional and genuinely wanted everyone to have the best possible weekend. Their organisation, flexibility and customer service were outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

If you’re considering an F1 Experiences package, I can honestly say it’s worth every penny.

Austrian F1 champions club was a disaster. As you can see from other recent review.

$4k a ticket to have a worse setup than sitting in the normal seats.

I have submitted formal complaints and now they just ignore. Truly horrible experience and customer service.

For the price, we did not have seats for the Austrian race (other than indoor - might as well stay home) or limited high tops in boiling sun (which all were taken up early on). Our salesman knew one of us is compromised in mobility and sensitivity to heat and did nothing. Huge lack of information.
The only pluses were, nice hotel, worry-free bus ride, good food and drinks and AC where the food was (and a shared table reserved for our group and others). Employees were friendly and good food and drink service.
Minuses were that they totally send you to the app for all information (only tickets were provided, no information!), bus and water provided on bus were hot (98F on the bus one day when we got on so when it was only 85F on the bus - well, you get the idea). Employees did not know anything about the track beyond what is within the f1 experiences area.
Some of the events were cancelled (photo shoot, track tour, pit walk) on some days, so there's no guarantee for any of those events.
Not having a seat for the race is my biggest complaint. We had to fight for a spot on the rail, in the blaring sun, and then take turns going inside to cool off. No seats for 10k. Blows my mind.

Superb customer service, helpful and personal. Everything worked out smoothly and any changes we requested were accommodated. Great experience!

The experience was for all 3 days of the Barcelona Grand Prix and was a once in a lifetime trip to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday.

All the relevant daily passes for the F1 Paddock Club were received in good time.

The experience itself was everything I hoped and more. The hospitality was first rate, as were the staff who provided it.

We had booked the Podium Experience at Barcelona. After all the track stuff on the Friday we were escorted round to the Pit Lane in groups of 10. We walked up and down the pit lane where in some garages the crews were still working. There was no rush and the F1 Experience staff were wonderful and full of knowledge. We then went 'behind the scenes' where all the Motorhomes were. We were lucky whilst there to bump into George Russell who was so accommodating. I would recommend this package to anyone. It was our first Grand Prix and hopefully will not be the last. Thank you so much F1 Experience.

This is our 5th F1 Experience booked and cannot recommend highly enough. The preparation, information, follow up, and personal touch is the reassuring measure that keeps us coming back. Kai is the gentleman we deal with annually and he is always there in the background to ensure we are looked after. And every question i have answered. Wouldnt dream of booking anywhere else. And also a big thank you to Kai fro always looking after us. F1 Experiences are lucky to have such an ambassador who has a genuine vested interest in the clients and ensures they get the best experience possible. Montréal was my first ever GP I attended and was truly amazing. Everything was so nicely organized and well managed from, staff, food to entertainment all around.
But the race itself was mind blowing. From first second I purchased my tickets the ( I call him my Guild) Kai Murray was walking me step by step through all the procedures and as was first time I really appreciated his help, even choosing my comfort clothing, thank you and

From start to finish this was a great experience
I bought the tickets for my wife for her 40th so I really wanted it to be special and it was
Kai Murray was really helpful in choosing the right package for us and our budget, what we were sold and what we got exactly matched up which is all you can ask for really
The blanc stand was amazing with incredible views of the end of the final straight, chicane and down the start / finish lane, the cars were close and you got a real appreciation of the sheer pace of them
The hospitality was great, food was good, drinks flowing all day and the team on-site really looked after everyone and were really friendly
It did get cold on Sunday so beware when it says its going to be cold it really will be so be prepared for that but the other days were shorts days so you cant complain really just prepare for it
Hotel was decent and right in the middle of montreal, transport to and from the circuit was easy, every day we were told it could be up to 50 mins to get there and 2 hours to get back but it was never more than 20 in and 50 back, we may have got lucky but it was really easy
Montreal is also a lovely city
Overall we loved it and if you're thinking about then do it

(Montreal 2026 Race) We had an absolutely incredible VIP Paddock Pass experience and couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to Kai Murray from F1 for guiding us through the options. Kai was outstanding — responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He made the whole booking process smooth and helped us understand exactly what we were getting.
As first-time Paddock Pass holders, we really appreciated how clear Kai was because there are so many options and packages. It’s important for buyers to fully understand what’s included with each pass so they can make the best choice for their trip.
We purchased Paddock Passes for my wife and myself, specifically in the Audi Garage with the Legends Pass for Sunday (Race Day). This gave us access to the restricted back paddock area. The highlights were unreal: a private tour inside the Audi garage (which was absolutely insane), pit lane walk, and podium celebration. We skipped the track tour even though it was included — it just wasn’t something we were interested in — but everything else exceeded expectations.
The hospitality in the suite was fantastic. The staff and everyone we interacted with were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. My wife (who is 21 weeks pregnant) was on Cloud 9 the entire time and even got photos with George Russell and Antonelli — memories we’ll cherish forever.
Overall, it was an amazing, world-class experience. We loved every minute of it and are already looking forward to doing it again — maybe bringing my dad next time. Thank you so much to Kai and the entire team!
A couple of friendly suggestions for future guests:
Better pre-event communication and wayfinding would make a big difference, especially for first-timers. A simple one-page map showing key spots like “Uber pickup here,” “Shuttle pickup,” and “Walking route to Paddock Entrance” would be incredibly helpful.
An exit strategy guide would also be valuable — things like “Fastest way back to the city,” recommended transport options (bus/metro/Uber), and approximate times. On one day we ended up walking from the island back into the city because we didn’t have clear information. What we thought would be a short walk turned into a tough 2-hour trek, which was especially difficult with my wife being pregnant. A clear map and exit guidance would prevent that for others.
If F1 Marketing could create clean, simple, track-specific guides for Paddock Pass/VIP guests, it would elevate the already excellent experience even further.
That said, we’re still so appreciative and would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to go all-in on a Formula 1 race weekend. Truly unforgettable!

Miami 2026 was my first live Grand Prix experience and was impressed by the F1 Experiences team from start to finish! The team was professional and courteous! I’m now thinking of traveling to other locations and will be booking through F1 Experiences!

Be aware that buying a Paddock Club ticket through F1 Experiences DOES NOT entitle you to actually walk around the F1 paddock. Even though I was told I would be able to have access.

From the first contact to the chequered flag, Jack and the team at F1 Experiences were outstanding. Kept me in the loop with the required updates and key points before arrival and the paddock club suite was all we expected and so much more. Our glasses were never empty and the food on offer was top end restaurant quality prepared before you eyes. We will be back at the paddock club soon.

We had a really great experience in the website which was very helpful in outlining what our options were and the checkout process was super easy. The team communicated with us really well as the event approached. But unfortunately it was canceled for reasons outside their control. But the customer service team was really great and helpful in crafting a solution. I would highly recommend booking with them again.

F1 Experiences provides VIP access and treatment. From the Paddock Club parking area shuttle to the behind-fhe-scenes access every aspect is well planned and executed. The on-site staff are friendly, helpful and no request is denied. If you want an amazing and memorable F1 race experience, this is the ticket! Everything as promised and more!
