We called to the store today looking a…new / furniture bed
We called to the store today looking a new bed and bedroom furniture we were left alone to look around which was great then Rich Chambers approach us offering his assistance which was so helpful answering all of our questions then again gave us some space to make up our mind which again was great not being put under pressure then he completed our order of a new bed and new furniture excellent experience.

Excellent customer service
We called into the Coleraine store and purchased some living room furmiture and a mattress from Richard who demonstrated excellent customer services skills, was polite and knowledgeable and we are confident that he is doing his best to ensure are items will be delivered as soon as possible

Hassle free experience
I found shopping at EZ living so easy and stress free. I must be honest this was all down to the fantastic and very helpful staff especially Stevie Mc Guire. Nothing was to much trouble, be it checking warehouse stock, colours,price,holding times. We even received coffee whilst looking round the store. Stevie never made us feel rushed or he was just looking a sale he was very knowledgeable and relaxed and I left the store feeling like I'd known him for years. Great guy

Unfortunately I cannot give a good…
Unfortunately I cannot give a good review on EZ living interiors as my products havent arrived yet , dining table and a sideboard. Dining table was ready for delivery a few weeks later after putting an order but the sideboard isn't ready for up to 3 month. I do not understand why they put a display of a furniture in store if it is not in stock or not available within a few weeks. I cant comment on delivery service either as i was told both items will be delivered together unless I pay for each product delivery service separate. I hope customer service improves. However staff in store were all friendly and quick to help with all product information needed.

Great service and lots of choice
We recently purchased a dining set in the Coleraine store, Cherise was very helpful. She showed us all the different types of tables and also how they extended, also taking one of the chairs to the door to let us see the exact colour. We were given a quotation of the price but she wasn't at all pushy which is the first thing puts me off buying anything. we went home and thought about it, after going to view it again we went to Cherise again to buy the set, great service and lovely friendly staff member .

We visited EZ living Banbridge yesterday to buy a sofa. We a got great help from Chris McDowell. Chris was super patient, helpful and friendly whilst we considered many different options, he listened intently to our needs and gave us considerate suggestions and advice.

Excellent service and great value
My mum and I recently purchased a chest of drawers and a wine cabinet from EZ Living Interiors, and we were really impressed with the whole experience.
The prices were extremely good, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received from Conan Ward. Conan was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and took the time to make sure we got the best possible prices on our purchases. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with.
We’re really happy with our purchases and would definitely recommend EZ Living Interiors, particularly for the fantastic customer service. A big thank you to Conan for going above and beyond!
