Faults with EZ Living Sofa Purchase
I have just Kirk visit my home due to faults with my recent purchase of a new sofa from EZ Living, unfortunately he was unable to fix the faults but his workmanship, and professionalism was excellent. He tried very hard to fix the faults but the issue is a manufacturing problem. He offered reassurance and understood my disappointment that the issues could not be resolved. Thank you Kirk.

New Sofa
I had an excellent experience at EZ Living Banbridge thanks to Lukasz, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process of helping me choose my new sofa and never made me feel rushed.
His knowledge was outstanding, offering expert advice on sizing, fabric choices, and what would work best for my space. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the decision so much easier.
Lukasz was also extremely pleasant and welcoming, even making me a coffee while we discussed the different options. His friendly, professional approach and genuine enthusiasm for his job really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and Lukasz is a real credit to EZ Living. I would highly recommend visiting the Banbridge store and asking for him if you’re looking for expert advice and exceptional service.

Great customer service and useful extras
Jason Duffin in the Banbridge store was fantastic during our impromptu trip to EZ Living. We walked in just for a look and walked out with a dining table, sideboard and bank seating for our kitchen. Amazing sale prices and also the ability to delay the furniture arriving until we move into our new build in November. Having previously been very pleased with the quality and design of EZ Living furniture I have no doubt we will be well impressed again. Thanks so much for the help, excited to see the items in our new home!

We have just purchased our first furniture for our new home. We had Lukasz helping us and couldn’t recommend him enough.
