EZ Living Interiors - Sandyford Arvostelua 

​We had a fantastic experience at Eazyliving Interior Dublin, all thanks to Hossam Ibrahim. He was incredibly patient, took the time to truly understand our requirements, and suggested pieces that suited our needs perfectly.
​What really blew us away was his customer service—he went above and beyond by extending our storage period for free because our delivery had to be delayed. (Though, Hossam, if you're reading this, we still wouldn't have said no to a tiny bit more discount! 😉)

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable especially the Egyptian guy we dealt with.

My wife and I were slightly late in searching for furniture and stuff. Work got in the way. However, we got almost all major furniture for our new house and they are set to be delivered on the date we want. Extremely happy! The collection is excellent, at least we were very pleased to see so many options - great selection. The sofas especially are great. The tv cabinet and coffee snd side tables were ok, nothing that special. The AI visualizer was not upto mark though - would mess the layout sometimes, change the furniture and so on - I wouldn’t waste time on it by scanning.

Hossam Ibrahim was great help and great craic too. We spent quite sometime going back and forth on items and he was patient and helped us along the way. Him being funny is a good addon and we weren’t charged VAT for his wit.

The sale person Michael assured that there will be no delivery fee while the sale is on without fully checking and made me purchase but the invoice i got included the delivery fee as it didn't meet the minimum spending required which he clearly didn't mention to me.

He also assured that it'll be delivered on the desired date i provided which was another reason he made me purchase right on the spot but after the payment was made, he said the day i wanted isn't even available in the system.

He very much made me buy the furniture by giving me wrong information that are clearly critical when making this kind of decision.

Given information that i'd be saving up to €100 (including free delivery) and it could be delivered on the date i wanted led me to go ahead with the purchase where none of them ended up being true.

The refund isn't even possible with cash, it's only available as a store credit - very disappointing

Matthew in the Sandyford store was so warm, informative and professional to deal with- I enjoyed the conversation with him.

We had a very positive in-store experience in Sandyford. Things only went south when it came to delivery and assembly. After taking a half day off work to receive our couch and have it assembled, the delivery team had no power tools and could not assemble.

They left no number and said they'd be back. After abandoning plans to go back to work and wait for their return, one of the team arrived back after 8pm (no calls during the day to advise us of time)...his battery powered screwdriver ran out of power before he could finish the job.

4 days on and we've had no call and the unfinished segment is propped up against the wall

I had an excellent experience at the Sandyford location of EZ Living Interiors, thanks to Gillian.

From the moment I came into the store, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain the different products and options available and was extremely well-informed about everything in the showroom. I never felt pressured and always felt that she was focused on helping me find the right solution for my needs.

What really stood out was her customer service after the initial purchase. About a week later, (American here) I discovered that my European mattress that I moved with me from Amsterdam would not fit a UK/Irish bed frame. Gillian was incredibly understanding and helped me amend my order without any hassle, and added a new mattress. She was fair, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was processed properly.

It's rare to find someone with such a strong combination of product knowledge, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Gillian and the Sandyford team to anyone shopping for furniture.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review based on what happened after delivery.

After the mattress was delivered, it didn’t feel like the mattress I had tested in the showroom. After my first night sleeping on it, I woke up with significant lower back pain. By the second night, I contacted the store because I genuinely believed I had received the wrong mattress.

During the process of trying to resolve the issue, it emerged that there had been a display mislabeling error, and I was also told that the showroom had since been rearranged. While I appreciate the store acknowledging there had been an issue, the resolution process has become far more difficult than it should have been.

I’ve now made multiple trips to the Sandyford showroom, spent time during work hours on phone calls and emails, and I’m still trying to identify the mattress I originally tested. The mattress I remember had a beige (cream) border, a square-patterned top, and a thick foam comfort layer. It does not match the mattress I’ve since been shown in photos, and I’m now being told another trip to the showroom is needed to identify the correct mattress.

What has been most frustrating is that the burden of resolving this has largely fallen on me. I recently relocated to Dublin, don’t have a car, and am trying to balance work while setting up a new home. I also work late evenings with colleagues in the U.S., and my weekends are already committed to appointments, deliveries, and other responsibilities that come with relocating. Travelling repeatedly to Sandyford isn’t a minor inconvenience, yet I’m now facing a 4th trip because of an issue that wasn’t caused by me.

What has been particularly disappointing is being told that a refund isn’t an option if I can’t return to the showroom. Given the circumstances, I had hoped there would be more flexibility. While I understand the store needs to verify the issue, it feels unreasonable that the only path to a resolution depends on me making repeated trips to resolve an error that the store has acknowledged. I also don’t believe I would have learned about the display mislabeling had I not returned to the showroom after the mattress caused me pain. While I will try my best to return to the store, I don’t know if I can because of my schedule.

I also found the communication disappointing. Although everyone has been polite, I often felt that my emails weren’t being fully read, as I repeatedly had to explain the same details about the mattress I tested. That made an already frustrating situation even more time-consuming and left me feeling that my concerns weren’t being fully addressed.

Gillian remains outstanding, and my original experience with her is exactly why I initially left a five-star review. She was knowledgeable, professional, and provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the way this issue has been handled after the sale has significantly changed my overall impression. I hope EZ Living reviews its showroom labeling procedures and after-sales resolution process so future customers don’t have to go through the same.

If you’re an expat that has recently relocated and not close to an EZ living location, you might be better off looking for a furniture store close to your area.
