Processing of my order took around a week but once it was ready it was delivered within 48 hours.
It arrived with a case and a cleaning cloth as well as a guarantee card.

SOLVED: Arrived in a wrong and opened box
UPDATE: Support proposed a workaround for my issue within a day.
Unfortunately, my pair arrived in an open box from a totally different model, which made me unsure whether the glasses were new or previously used.
Pros: Fast shipping, fair prices, top-level customer support and an easy-to-navigate website.
