Exec Pets Ltd - Pet Transport Services Arvostelua

This was a great experience! Daniel managed everything and got us there ahead of schedule. The car was super comfortable, and the trip flew by. They were so kind to my beloved dog and made sure she was comfy and looked after the whole time. I would definitely recommend this service!!!

We had the best possible experience with ExecPets moving our cats from France to the UK, as the final stage of a relocation from Singapore. From first contact, Darren and team were responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - guiding us through every step of the process with clear advice and reassurance. When our plans unexpectedly changed, they were flexible and kind, adapting to our delays and making sure our cats were still cared for and transported safely. Their professionalism, compassion and calm approach turned a potentially incredibly stressful scenario into one we could manage with confidence.

Our cats arrived happy, safe and well looked after and we can't thank ExecPets enough. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation to anyone looking for a pet transport service.

We travelled from Southern Spain back to the UK with our new dog. It was a very last minute trip and Darren was fab at helping us out at such short notice.
Nigel and Debbie were a great help along the way and ensuring we had adequate stops and informative about helping us plan future travels and navigate through the pet passport process. Would absolutely use them again. We were well looked after throughout the whole journey.

Daniel was really friendly and professional and great with our dog, making sure he had water during rest breaks. We were really impressed with the Exec Pets service. It was so convenient and the vehicle was the perfect size for us to all travel comfortably. Honestly couldn’t fault Daniel or the service.

Darren was responsive, thoughtful and reliable. I would highly recommend his service. He provided updates throughout the journey and handled our two cats with care, one of which is difficult with strangers; this posed no problem for Darren. Grateful for the service.

ExecPets helped us transfer our two small dogs from London to Portugal. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. They gave us clear, detailed instructions on the paperwork needed for travel, which made the process much easier to navigate.

Nigel and Debbie travelled with the dogs and kept us updated throughout the journey with messages and pictures, which gave us real peace of mind. It was clear our pets were in safe, caring hands. We’re really grateful for their professionalism and would absolutely recommend Darren and his team to anyone needing pet relocation services.

Thank you!

Great communication and brilliant value for money our driver Daniel was simply amazing

We used the services of execpets for the transportation of our two cats from Germany to Scotland. It was absolutely the best decision! Through organizing a driver change, they even managed to avoid the need for any overnight stays along the way. This exceeded our expectations, and is just one example of how Darren and the team were willing to go above and beyond to ensure the most comfortable and speedy pet transfer. 100% recommend.

I had an excellent experience transporting my cat from the UK to the Netherlands with Exec Pets. Darren ensured that every detail was meticulously arranged, from our pickup in London, transit through the tunnel, handling of all necessary documentation and passport controls, to the final delivery. My cat was well cared for throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend Darren and his team for their outstanding service. Thank you very much!

I contacted execpets for a long 12hour travel from the UK to France for me and my dog. They answered promptly and quickly got things organised, including going through the euro tunnel. Daniel - the driver - was lovely during that whole time with engaging conversation in between me falling asleep. He helped with my dog during stops and had a whole set of equipment should I need it. It’s a long trip and the team at execpets made it very easy and stress free, both during the planning and the trip. I am hoping to rely on them for further trips and would absolutely recommend them.

Once again thank you Daniel for your patience and understanding in our stressful time traveling from China via Doha onto Paris in the middle of the recent airspace closures in the Middle East.
This resulting in my arrival into CDG to find out our dog Baxter was still in Doha.
With flight cancellations ongoing we eventually got the news that Baxter was on his way which is when you managed to get the great hubby and wife team of Debbie and Nigel to take over and drive through the night to be there for myself and a slightly traumatised Baxter.
I found Debbie and Nigel very professional and experienced in the whole process which made the road trip relaxing after all stress over the previous 2 days it took from Shanghai.
I would definitely recommend ExecPets and was so glad we used them.

Amazing service at a very competitive rate. We travelled from London to Normandy with Rainier, and it was a pleasure. He is great company, knows every little detail about the route and the border processes, and got us to our new home and still took time to help us turn the water on - beyond the call of duty! Our cat made the trip in comfort and a day in is over the sulks and exploring her new surrounds free of stress. Totally recommend this service, would book Rainier again without question if we ever need to transport a pet again.

All around excellent experience from beginning to end, and afterwards. Great advice before committing and provided multiple options. You can trust they will get you and pets to your destination safely and in comfort. They have the means to overcome the unknowns and uncertainties. Would not hesitate to use again. Excellent price.

We had a really good experience travelling from West Midlands down to London with Exec pets and Daniel. Everything went smoothly all the way from pick up to drop off. We're really happy with the service.

From the moment Darren arrived and managed to get my extremely reluctant cat into the cat box I knew we were in good hands.
The two dogs were happy comfortable and well hydrated in extreme heat.
Darren knew good places to stop for a sniff and a drink.
We stayed in two pet friendly and charming hotels on the way.
Darren has a way with animals and managed to make what could have been a traumatic move a pleasure!
I would not hesitate to recommend Exec Pets .
If you love your pets this is the way to transport them thank you Darren !

Daniel transported me and my two dogs safely and quickly from Spain to England. Daniel is friendly, courteous and always willing to help. I appreciated all of these things as well as his flexibility around my adjusting plans and the care he showed my dogs and me all throughout the whole journey. Daniel had everything prepared including lots of treats and anything the dogs might need. He was gentle and kind to the dogs, knew correct handling and also patiently followed all of my instructions. He is a capable driver and I felt safe with him. We stopped regularly and as often as I wanted and he prioritised my dogs welfare at all times which I really appreciated. Daniel is kind and hard working and I enjoyed my journey with him. I would choose Daniel again to transport my pets and I. Thank you so much Daniel, your care and consideration means a lot to me.
