Setting up Smart Mail
Met YeeHoong and the matter was resolved in 2 minutes ! Both me and my partner who had been trying to setup our respective email failed because we had logged to exaSigned up for Smart Mail with Exabytes. When it comes to setup totally lost despite being assisted at odd hours by Yee Hoong who provided me with step by step details and also snapshots of the location on site that I need to click on. All failed, simply cannot find it.
After a week we popped up to see YeeHoong, arrangement was made by Ms Ooi who was very helpful in advising & help us on evaluating package that suit our needs.bytes.com

a platform claimed provide 24 hour technical support could ignore ur enquiry of refund status after cancel services. if you are paying customer, you r god to them; if you are about to cancel your services, be prepared you be treat like nobody.

Hosting Has Been Hacked
Few weeks ago, my customer's hosting has been hacked and it is not stopping even exabytes has help to increase the filter of the spam emails. It is getting worst last week where customer's emails were used to send spam to their customers. This has cause my customer a great loss in integrity and they are indeed fed up with us. With the help of Miss Ooi and Peter's constant checking and help, we manage to stop the spam in 48 hours (it is like a week to us). Besides Dawn and Randy also there to support to ensure all the right things are been done. Randy even get my permission if he can personally called the customer as the customer having problem is logging in the outlook and solve it yesterday.
It has turn the disastrous to happy ending. Thanks again to Miss Ooi, Dawn, Randy and Peter. Continue the great work!
