Otro operador más que no respeta ni quiere entender los derechos de un consumidor a larga distancia. Sólo quieren las ventajas de vender en todo el planeta - con fotos del producto muchas veces manipuladas-, sin ningún tipo de arancel o coste de aduanas. Sabiendo además que sus "condiciones laborales" ya les ofrecen ventajas en los precios de oferta. Tendrán que asumir que vender a distancia tiene algún sobrecoste por devoluciones pagadas por ellos (no por el cliente) por errores suyos en la "traslación" de las tallas, defectos en el diseño y acabado del producto, la realidad de los tejidos que no se corresponden con las fotos, etc, etc. Es un FRAUDE que no se quieran hacer cargo de estos "riesgos" y se los pasen al cliente. La Unión Europea debería prohibirlos. En mi experiencia EWODI está a la cabeza. Ha sido mi primer pedido y el último.

My experience with them: I saw a great looking shirt on their webpage, made of linen and cotton, and ordered it for around 35$ + transport.
I received the cheapest polyester shirt instead, shapeless, not like slightly different: just absolutely not the item advertised. Real crap.
I asked to return it, of course, and... I got offered a $20 gift card compensation gift, like I would ever want to order anything from them again. I declined and insisted on returning the item, at which point I got instructed that, quote:
"Return shipping is quite expensive and usually takes a long time to receive;
Unlike the package that our resigned freight forwarder delivers to your location with other packages, your return package is more likely to get lost during international transportation"

In other words: returning the item will cost you dear, and we won't ever acknowledge we received it anyway.
Premium customer service indeed. So in short, my money is lost, and that shirt is going straight to the trash can where it belongs.
All I can do about it is putting it out loud and clear: this thing is scam.

This company are not honourable, for one when I ordered a pair of baggy pants they sent the wrong colour, I ordered blue with white/red strip they sent totally the wrong pair.

When I made them aware of the mistake they replied once. I offered to return them and get what I ordered - they failed to respond from that point.

Don't trust this company - they don't examine the details of your order - poor customer service - if it's too much trouble they don't care about you, as a customer - worst of all the person I bought the trousers for 👖 for now has not got they wanted for their birthday.
