Strong chairs that are also comfy especially for larger guys. I don't feel like I'm squished into an airplane seat, and I dont get the pain of sitting for a long time (like I have in previous gaming chairs). Especially when there is a discount, it'd worth the price to invest in this chair.

its wider than the current chair I have. (Good thing) Padding is good, mobility is good and sturdy. Reclining is good and so is adjustability.

After trying multiple chairs that claim to hold 350lbs+ and having them die within a year or less when I am under the max capacity, and finally getting a Flash XL..... I must say just the build quality compared to any other chair is outstanding. And SIMPLE! Undo these 4 screws, attach to base, undo 4 more screws, add tilt base, put wheels in, shock on wheel base, chair on shock, DONE. 20 mins. All other chairs, hour or more easy. Nice wide seat, no pinching or pushing. Lumbar support is perfectly adjustable (And I have 6 bulging disks in my back). And the stock wheels have a rubberized coating, so you don't need other wheels to protect floor surfaces, such as the original 100 year old wood floors in my house.

Worst chairs and customer service I have ever had. My chair arrived with the box all torn up and very noisy. I reached out to them and they said I can return it, but there is a catch, the customer has to pay $300 to ship it back to them as "per their policy". Then they find any stupid reason to charge you extra. I got charged $100 for not removing the piston from the base... EwinRacing I asked to speak with a manager and they denied my request. And I bought their most expensive chair, you would of thought they would treat their customers better but shows they don't care. As for their ratings, you receive an email, if you rate it anything less than a 4 star, the web page can not be found to submit your rating.. how convenient.

The padding on this chair is quite sparse. I purchased it for my wife, and she quickly deemed it uncomfortable after only a few days of use.
The chair arrived in a flimsy box that FedEx managed to destroy, yet we decided to keep it as the chair itself only sustained minor marks on the armrest.
Putting it together was straightforward.
However, the armrests are made of a cheap, hard plastic.
The padding on both the back and seat is insufficient, leading to discomfort after a short period.
Unlike the Flash XL series, the head pillow is attached with straps instead of magnets.
Attempts to return or exchange the chair with Ewin were unsuccessful due to the destroyed packaging, as they refused to accommodate our request.
We advise against purchasing this chair unless it's for a child or young adult, as it may not be a wise investment.

Very sturdy chair and it's very useful for promotional uses. The directions weren't as clear as I found the video more useful but that's just me. We used it for a channel promotion and yes I do have to say it's extremely durable. He loves the chair very much couldn't ask for better.
