Eversend is becoming useless to me, how will hold my money for over three days now and still holding it without topping up my balance, something i needed very urgent for my subscription, up till now I have not received the money, it's getting to 4 days already 🥲 Customer service Zero 🥲

I don't understand eversend. I use to love this app but I don't understand what is going on with them. The customer support is now terrible in response. I got usd funds in my dollar virtual account and the sender confirmed but unfortunately they have really disappointed me. The customer support is not helping and have refused to respond to me for weeks now. Seems I would just have to forget about 117 dollars since they have refused to respond to me nor release the money. I am not happy at all

They are not fast trusted because they are pending your money for more than 12 hours without them knowing what you want to do with it after 12 hours they cannot still release my money for me to use to pay and and electric bill

Guys Eversend is the best fintech company or app you can have as an individual, a freelancer or a company as a whole. Their app has a seamless user experience and interface and their customer service is very swift and polite.

Well firstly they response team are very active and always ready to help, i had an issue that normally from other platforms would likely make me lose my money but because of how good they support team was, they were able to direct me on the best way to go about it, and just in a few days something i feared would take weeks only took days so for me i would just say “You try to listen to the support teams, provide all that's needed and you'll not have any issues dealing with them.

I am new to the app. Last Tuesday I experienced some delays and got frustrated. However the staff were professional and patient with me. They took time to explain me and directed me to where the delay came from. I understand the app better now and continue it’s security and safety

After stating transfers to the damn app will reflect immediately
Made payment of 400k to top up my card and i got an email asking me for the reason of my transfer and stuff even asked for CAC and after submitting all I got ignored
