Everlast Gyms - Kettering Arvostelua 5

Gym is alright but nothing is ever cleaned the sauna has ants and flys living inside the floor in the swimming pool is not the colour it is meant to be and I have gotten an ear infection from the water on the other hand the steam room that does not get cleaned has been sitting broken for around 6 months now which is a real letdown. The staff are kind people and set up challenges which are quite nice but the gym does need to be refurbished

I joined this gym on a 12-month contract and unfortunately my experience has been really disappointing.

The biggest issue has been cleanliness. On multiple occasions there has been visible mud and hair all over the changing room floors and a noticeable build-up of dust on and around equipment. It doesn’t feel like a hygienic environment to train in, which is the bare minimum you’d expect from any gym.

I raised this with the company, but the response was very generic and didn’t lead to any meaningful resolution. While they said they would “pass it on,” nothing was actually done to address the concerns.

On top of that, when trying to leave at the end of my 12-month term (despite giving advance notice), I was told I still had to pay for an additional full month due to how their billing cycles work. This wasn’t made clear when joining and feels misleading.

Overall, poor customer service, lack of accountability, and below-standard cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend joining.

I did a trial session in January, staff were friendly and helpful. I'm a swimmer and the pool is big enough for a proper swim. Steam room and sauna a real bonus. Large changing rooms with good facilities.

Since the water was too cold for me, I wanted to cancel my membership on the 14th/15th day after signing up, as I knew I would not continue attending if I couldn't enjoy swimming. I received absurd excuses via email explaining why it was impossible to cancel my membership - stating that the swimming area is not part of the gym membership🤦. Then what is it in that building??, and why it is included in monthly fee then? There is no separate membership for pool, it's ridiculous comment!No one cares about your problems, it is a money-oriented company. For 6 months now, I've been paying for nothing. I have never before encountered such an unprofessional business approach & attitude towards customers.Horrible,would not recommend!

I ve been going to Kettering Everlast
For 4 years , the staff help me with spotting weights always polite , I have Bi polar and they allow certain things to help me , I had a panic attack after lock down and Dan talked to me ,through the prices amazing also so big thank you Guys M n
